Almighty God,
We pray today for our fallen countrymen and women, and for all of the victims of Tuesday's attack on our nation. We ask you to comfort and protect their survivors, in their grief and sorrow.
We pray for the wounded, and for those who may be trapped, that you will preserve them, and give them strength in their hour of trial.
We pray also today for the men and women in our Armed Services, and those of our Allies, who stand in harms way in defense of our lives and our freedoms.
Lord, hear our prayer. |
