The SABRE Group will be going public soon. The registration papers have been filed and it looks like the IPO price is $23 (according to article in 9/17/96 Dallas Morning News article - 4D).
This puts the market capitilzation around 3 billion for a company that is growing by leaps and bounds.
Anyone watching this one?
