Well, a lot has changed in 4 years since the Activision....Returns thread was started. Activision has gone from being a fringe player brought from the brink of bankruptcy by Kotick and company to being one of the leading publishers/ developers of interactive gaming software in the world. We have seen the fall of former gaming greats like Microprose, Broderbund, GT Interactive and all kinds of gaming companies getting into trouble including Mattel and Hasbro Interactive, GOD, etc, yet Activision continues to grow and gain market share. Now with the release of the PS2, last year's introduction of the DreamCast and now the upcoming release of MSFT's X-box, the new cycle of gaming machines has begun and should help fuel a recovery in gaming stocks. Welcome to the thread! | ||||||||||||||
