Introduction Market Data Compact

I'm fascinated by how fast some stock prices are dropping. QCOM dropped almost 4% today and almost 24% this year. There are die-hard fans of this company which leads me to ask, when is it time to sell?

I'd have posted this in that section, but they banned me (a behavior I notice is rampant on this website). The post that led to my ban was about getting rid of the buybacks and dividend (until their customers start paying them again).
