Microsoft Litigation Lawsuit From StrikeForce Commences June 9, 2015
StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK: SFOR), announced today that it has initiated patent litigation against Microsoft Corporation for infringement of United States Patent Nos. 7,870,599, 8,484,698 & 8,713,701. The Out-of-Band Patents, entitled "Multichannel Device Utilizing A Centralized Out-of-Band Authentication System (COBAS)," relates to several key technologies underlying a multichannel security system for granting and denying access to a host computer in response to a demand from an access-seeking individual and computer. The Patents were granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office commencing on January 11, 2011. A reexamination certificate issued after a successful Ex Parte Reexamination concluded on December 27, 2011.StrikeForce continues with Blank Rome LLP, a national law firm, to represent it in the litigation. "The engagement of a law firm of such quality and reputation to pursue infringement claims under our Out-of-Band patent further strengthens our ability to protect our Intellectual Property (IP), which we worked diligently for many years to develop," commented Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce.

In January 2016 StrikeForce won a Settlement and a Non- Disclosure Licensing Argeement with Microsoft. Unfortunately for Microsoft, they Bought PhoneFactor who had been infringing on StrikeForces Patents.

StrikeForce has one of the Best Law firms in the Country, Blank Rome LLP, and has 3 more Patent Lawsuits on going in Court at this time, against TrustWave (bought by Singtel) , DUO and Centrify.

TrustWave was Purchased by SingTel. It's a shame these Large Market Cap Companies are so eager to enter the Cyber Security Market Place that they don't take the Time and Resources to Check the Companies and their Technologies out before they buy.

Well, yes it's unfortunate, unless your name is not is not StrikeForce Technologies who is now benefiting from this Rush into OBBA/COBAS. Having been around 15 years, with Patents predating other patents, it has been trying to Just Survive awaiting for the Importance of Cyber Security to Catch up to where Ram Pemmaraju Two Decades since the Avent of the Internet going mainstream in 1995.

In Litigation StrikeForce is fortunate to have one of the Best Lawfirms in the in the Country Backing them.
