This is a thread covering the currently looming ( 11/14/2016 ) Trump presidency. At the moment, it's open to all, but it will be moderated. Attacks on other posters will draw bans. Attacks on Trump or anti-Trump third parties will not. I want to document the Trump presidency from before it starts until it's end. I will ban people for just being wastes of time. ( It CAN happen here, and it HAS - 11/6/2024 ) I've been told this is 'the most important election of my lifetime' EVERY election, gave money I really couldn't afford, even volunteered and did phone banking, once even travelling to a hopefully 'swing state' where I stayed in another volunteer's house for two weeks. NONE of them were 'the most important election of my lifetime'. I don't believe this one is either. It's time to give self-interested sociopathy a chance! If it doesn't work out, we'll get a chance to fix it in the future. Hopefully.
