Just a warning to all my fellow tech investors out there. Bizzingo (Bizz.ob) is claiming to be the next Facebook & LinkedIn social media hub for B2B markets. This company is a total scam. In reality, it is a pump and dump scheme fleecing investors out of their hard earned dollars. The scam is being secretly controlled by Nicholas (Nick) Thompson and Gordon Brent Pierce, both of whom are currently barred from the industry for past securities fraud issues. You (Reader and the Moderator) can Google their names with "SEC" or "FINRA" to verify that. This is an important message that needs to get out to prevent more investors from falling victim to this scam.
Douglas (Doug) Toth is the public face of the operation and he also has a checkered past.
