"Gunpoint Exploration (TSX-V:GUN) is actively exploring its recently acquired (100% owned) Talapoosa Gold Project. The project has not been systematically explored since 1999 and most of the previous drilling was focused in the immediate resource area, with the bulk of the surrounding 10,780 acres remaining virtually unexplored. The company aims to increase the existing 1 Million ounce resource at Talapoosa, by drilling for high-grade vein mineralization peripheral to the existing resource and exploring for additional orebodies within the untested Appaloosa structural corridor to the north.

Gunpoint is also exploring two advanced gold-silver projects in Mexico; La Ceciala –Margarita (100%) and La Gitana (75%). In addition, as part of its strategy of identifying and acquiring advanced gold projects, the company has six active JV projects in Nevada."
