The final version of the new Microsoft Windows 7 OS was released to manufacturers on July 22 and will ship or be sold to end users on Thursday, October 22, 2009. Migration strategies, issues, and experiences can be shared here on this board, but there are 2 other established SI boards where they can also be discussed and where experienced Beta Tasters of the Win 7 Release Candidate and others making the migration can answer questions:
