Introduction Compact

In so much discussion, I have found few willing to talk about this and that's why I started this thread. Has the thought occured to anyone that this was a wakeup call from the Lord for America to repent? Think about it.

We call ourselves one nation under God, Congress sings a song and yet repeatedly we make every attempt to sweep away any connection with God. What has happened since the WTC was built?

Well, we legalized abortion (up to 9 months), have allowed pornography to run rampant and are rewriting the history books for our children. We have changed Adam and Eve and in some places validated Adam and Steve. The WTC symbolized America's pride throughout the world. Maybe that's the problem. It is now ashes. "Pride goes before destruction and a high spirit before a fall". Proverbs 16:18

We have seen destruction. Will we now see a fall?
Those who have made a connection between Israel and the U.S. must remember that God chastized his people repeatedly to little or no avail. God himself fought against Israel at times. (See Jeremiah 21: 4,5). Few ever did see the connection and that's why the "messengers" such as Jeremiah were always considered the bad guys.

If this is a war, started by some fanatical individuals, then I have no doubt of the outcome. However, if God himself has begun to take away our "hedge of protection" then there is only one way out....Repentance.
