This company has huge debt. But their stock price is way down. It was trading at below $3.00 today. Grand Union was at $5.+ and even tiny Western Beef was an $8.00 stock.

When they were working the deal with AHOLD they were up at $41.00.
If they get another buyer this stock will be a steal at this price. If your willing to take a little risk, the rewards could be their with this one.
