Check out www.edeal.com They have reserved 10% of their IPO allocation for their members and have various tiers of membership which would lead to higher allocations. They have been growing rapidly and have a very interesting affinity/rewards program (iPoints) for their members. They have had a lot of EBAY defectors (conducting business) over the past few months.
