ISLD, ARCA, REDI, BTRD, and a bunch others and a bunch more coming are always flashing huge orders on the bid and on the offer, Next Time you see one , cut and paste it in its entirety ,, what stock what time, what size, and how long it lasts and then check Time and sales and see if it ever is executed..You will see that these orders are never executed in 95-99% of the cases and as such are used to prop up or drive stocks down..It is criminal intent and manipulation..NASDAQ is UNABLE TO POLICE ITSELF,, BECAUSE IT IS PART OF THE PROBLEM< it is a corrupt organization run by a bunch of backscratching big shots from the Big Firms ,,, who dont care about you or me ,,, but only lining their pockets and good PR,,Like a Bull market../.Thats what makes NASDAQ money,.,, Stocks going up 20-30 point on Zero Volume, make s NASDAQ look good ..The fact that most of these also fal 20-30 points doesnt mean anything To NASDAQ or the people it wipes out by doing so..This creates and turns people into traders and not investors..People who years ago would have bought and sold in thousand s of shares are forced to buy only a few hundred shares at a time or take huge gambles.

Next Time you see one of these on any stock anywhere ,,attach it here, then after some time we can use this to change the market into a more orderly and fair market and at least to expose the crime and freeze it in place..

Also can call the NASDAQ market regulation Dept at 1-800-925-8156 and report these trades immediately!!!..They will not want to take your CALLS..Its amazing when you want to report an obvious manipulation the NASDAQ reluctantly listens..They are the most arrogant people you will ever encounter..Dont take my word for it..next time you see something report it here and then call them.

The only people who defend these huge orders are the guilty culprits,, It is out and out Fraud and manipulation as they are not Bonafider orders as defined by the SEC.
