What's next for silver? Was Buffett wrong or early?

How much silver is already above ground and how much is waiting to be mined at what price?

Is digital photography affecting silver demand yet, and if so, by how much?

Since the precious metal mining shares are pretty much hostage to PM prices, anything else germane to POS is certainly welcome here.

All points of view are welcome.
