As an Etrade customer for over two years now, I must say I am impressed with their level of service. Sure, there have been system problems on days when people decide that trading 1.3 Billion shares on the Nasdaq is a "smart" move. However, Etrade is constantly improving their services. They now offer IPO access, Credit Cards, electronic bill payment, etc. In short, their site is evolving with the net to become a friendly place to invest.
I would like to start a thread to point out the GOOD things about online trading. Post your positive customer service stories, stories of good order fills (surely some of you will admit to better than expected fills at times), etc. I'll start it off with my Etrade stories.
