I found this stock in some obscure PR they put out, burried in the PR they said the were going innernut. Never imagined how big they were going; Message 8391917 IRTG is the stock. Now, everyone knows that IRTG's business was casinos. Was... The casinos were sold when Arnold Wrobel came in to take over management of IRTG. The new focus of this business is internet acquisitions. This news release covers new management: biz.yahoo.com This news release details the sale of the Costa Rica Casino: biz.yahoo.com The last release covers the "intent" to acquire Thinkbid.com: biz.yahoo.com Please see: thinkbid.com Now, here is what has transpired in the last week with my phone conversations with IRTG management: Arnold Wrobel is aggressively pursuing more acquisitions of internet sites especially auction sites. In the meantime, Glenn Michael Financial, Inc has moved in to promote the company. I have spent the last week or so investigating Glenn Michael Financial. It is a real and legit company in New York. Phone is 800-836-0539. I am told by the Sr. VP at Glenn Michael Fin. that they are accumulating the stock. The reason they are accumulating is because of the acquisitions in progress and their "belief" that the stock will move higher. Ray Barton will be the new Chairman of Thinkbid.com Why? IRTG as we know it is going away. IRTG IS THINKBID.COM The news will be released in the coming days according to This Sr. VP at GMF WHEN THE DEAL IS A "DONE DEAL." What does all this mean? Thinkbid.com will be the publicly traded company under IRTG. The IRTG name is going away and will be "Thinkbid.com" from the moment of the news release on.... IRTG is for all practical purposes an empty shell that Thinkbid.com is moving into. The purpose of all this is: Thinkbid.com will aggressively seek acquisition of other auction sites to become one major site. Additionally, the website at Thinkbid.com is in process, as of today, of getting a professional overhaul. They have hired a firm to re-do the web page for the sake of efficiency and ease of use as well as appearance. Thinkbid.com is the publicly traded company under the IRTG ticker right now. It's just that few know it yet. I am told that the name will be officially changed in the news release and a new ticker will be used, they have two available tickers right now. BEWARE: THIS DEAL IS NOT "INKED" YET. IT SHOULD CLOSE BY NEXT THURSDAY AND I WILL HAVE MORE INFO TOMORROW. FINALLY: THIS IS NOT A REC TO BUY. YOU MUST, I MEAN MUST! DO YOUR OWN DD.
