CMMI (Consolidated Medical Management, Inc.) has putting together a remarkable business plan for future growth. CMMI is building a large, diversified, and vertically integrated enterprise offering high growth and profitability, competitive returns to investors, and consistency in its quality of earnings.

It will be their aim to grow both through internal growth and via acquisition. It is their plan to expand CMMI's two existing business units (Psychiatric Medical Services, Inc.- mental health services, and Independent Diagnostic Services Inc. - mobile ultrasound and MRI
diagnostic services) through a combination of innovative marketing and sales techniques and strategic acquisitions. They also plan on expanding their reach into the unregulated fee-for-services marketplace (target niches have a combined market is $10 billion per year and growing over 20% per year), and plan to acquire companies and/or technologies related to the above areas.

To support the growth initiatives, the company is assembling a top-notch management team, including:
- CEO/COO Lamar Laster (former Chairman/CEO of Staar Surgical, which he took to $80)
- Joe S. Wakil, MD, one of the innovators of computerized corneal topography imaging technology and was the former Chairman and founder of EyeSys Technologies, Inc. a manufacturer of advanced technology- imaging systems. Dr. Wakil is a
- Steven Dell, MD, a prominent Ophthalmologist and Refractive
Surgeon (and brother of Michael Dell)
- Vladimir Feingold, President of Staar Surgical, Ag, Switzerland, and Executive VP of Staar Surgical

The first of several major acquisitions is expected very shortly.
