<<DENVER, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- United International Holdings, Inc ("UIH") (Nasdaq: UIHIA) announced today that its subsidiary, United Pan-Europe Communications N.V. ("UPC"), has signed a letter of intent with Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft") to establish a technical services relationship. As part of this relationship, UPC and Microsoft plan to set up a series of joint projects to deliver Internet, telephone and other interactive video services to UPC and non-UPC broadband customers in Europe. Microsoft and UPC will also establish a joint technology board to review technolgy issues and shape technology specifications and directions.

UIH is a leading provider of video, voice, data and programming services outside of the United States, with operations in 20 countries throughout the world. UIH's operating systems cover approximately 12.1 million homes in franchise area and 9.7 million homes passed, and currently serve 4.4 million video subscribers, over 100,000 telephony access lines and over 13,000 internet access subscribers.>>

It seems to me this company has huge potential. I would appreciate any perspective and what you think the future holds for UIHIA. Thanks.
