+Paul Engel (40980 ) From: +Brian Hutcheson Friday, Nov 6 1998 12:25PM ET Reply # of 41001 Paul , here is a lesson in evaluation of company shares When an investor uses book value it means book valus PER SHARE . In this regard AMD's book value is $13.34. Intel's book value $12.94 You guys seem to lose sight of Intel's 1.68 BILLION SHARES outstanding. AMD only has 143.9 Million Brian PS how about if we rename this the PAUL ENGEL thread and start another AMD thread just for real AMD investors instead of NIT PICKING TWITS. | ||||||||||||||
