This company changed its name and symbol from AMTC on August 31, 1998. Prior to becoming CustomTracks, this company's name and symbol was AMTC. Prior to that, this company was known as AMTEC (sometimes spelled AmTech).

CustomTracks plans to assemble, manufacture and distribute custom digital data products, such as CD's that contain personalized music. CUST currently provides systems and services to the access control and electronic security management systems. For the 6 mos. ended 6/98, revenues rose 13% to $60.1M. Net income totalled $586K vs. a loss of $10M. Revenues reflect increases in the Electronic Security Group. Net income reflects lower costs due to business disposal.

David P. Cook (of Blockbuster fame) was elected interim Chairman, President and CEO in February of 1998. He co-founded Amtec with Ross Perot and Kenneth Anderson. Not a bad bloodline.
