The chart looks like this company is in serious trouble.
FA data available to me shows earnings -14% for the last quarter.
Revenues flat. But Price/sales a ridiculous 0.16
News about several big international orders.

This could be a turnaround in some time, except I miss something.

Experts speak out please.
