Electronics Boutique sells entertainment software and video games through its more than 450 Electronics Boutique and Stop 'N Save Software retail stores in 42 states, Puerto Rico, Australia, Canada, and South Korea. The company also sells video game hardware, PC productivity software, and accessories. It manages 39 mall-based WaldenSoftware stores for the Borders Group and sells products through its Web site. The company provides management services for its 25%-owned Electronics Boutique Plc's stores and department store-based concessions in the UK and Ireland. Electronics Boutique is controlled by the Kim family, the founders of the Anam Group.

Scheduled to IPO the week of 6/15/98.
