Here is the press release:

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1997--At the BioSafe
International Inc. (NASDAQ:BSFE) Annual Shareholders' meeting today,
the company announced that shareholders have approved
reincorporation in Delaware and a corporate name change to Waste

this end, we have many exciting projects and/or acquisitions under
development which will establish WSI as a leading solid waste
management company in New England and the Mid-Atlantic states."
WSI is an innovative solid waste management company. The
company has built a fully-integrated solid waste management business
in Vermont, and has entered into a contract to operate and remodel an

also evaluating other opportunities in the New England and
Mid-Atlantic markets and has also licensed its proprietary
infectious medical waste disposal technology throughout Europe.
