Its Network Health line of products automates the collection of network information. Different versions of Network Health are designed to analyze and report on LAN and WAN segments, specific applications (routers, switches, and servers), and traffic patterns of nodes and applications used within the network. Concord primarily markets its products to companies with large and medium-sized networks through its sales force, sales agents, and such network service providers as telecommunications carriers, VARs, and OEMs. Customers have included America Online, AT&T, MCI, and Visa."
