Introduction Market Data Compact

Company combines help-desk outsourcing and software licensing. Strong revenue and earnings growth, acquisitions, and global presence. Insider selling in May of 77,000 shares and I think 112,000 by Mr. Sykes himself. He still owns roughly 57% of the company. Sell off recently has brought the shares down to 23 from 27 in June and 35 for 52 week high. Comments appreciated.
