Starting a new thread on this stock as I basically am in the dark as to what is going on, if anything. I owned a stock called Warehouse Auto(WHAC) which has been converted to NGLD stock. Apparently, there was a reverse split involved and an emergence of NGLD from bankruptcy. My shares are worth a good deal less than what I paid for them. All I can find out about NGLD is that they possibly own or are working some 3 mines, 2 in Nevada and 1 in California. I have been unable to retrieve SEC info on the company. If anyone has any information on this company, please share it with any thoughts you might have. Thanks. John
