CORPORATE PROFILE (from 1999 annual report)
LINMOR Technologies, a subsidiary of LINMOR Inc., has been providing advanced network management solutions to the telecommunications industry since 1994, specializing in the areas of performance and threshold management. Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario and with a sales office in the telecommunications hotbed of Richardson, Texas, LINMOR Technologies is well positioned to be a major player in this exciting, high growth market.

Our flagship product, NEBULA Performance Monitor, is crucial for Network Service Providers (NSPs) to monitor and report on the performance of their complex, mission critical, high speed networks so that they in turn can provide their customers with the best possible network performance. NSPs have to constantly demonstrate high quality network performance and service in order to maintain customers and attract new ones. NEBULA Performance Monitor is critical to their success. NEBULA Performance Monitor's completely automated process locates all hardware components that are used to build and operate a network, periodically collects data from these components on how they are performing, and then translates this data into meaningful reports. These network reports are used by NSP network engineers, senior management, sales and marketing and customers to identify problems and potential problems, optimize resources, monitor Service Level Agreements, plan future growth and measure the return on their IT investment.

NEBULA Performance Monitor is uniquely positioned in the performance management market. The majority of performance management solutions on the market today cannot meet the requirements inherent in the complexity and sheer size of these data networks. NEBULA Performance Monitor has more than 100 person years of development and has been deployed and proven on some of the largest data networks in the world, making it unmatched in this market. Due to the vast number of manufacturers' equipment any given NSP may deploy in its network, it is critical that their performance management system provide the specifics on each of these manufacturers' devices (i.e. switches) that are essential to the provision of quality service. NEBULA Performance Monitor is the only solution that offers vendor specific reporting modules for leading manufacturers such as Cisco, Lucent (Ascend), Newbridge, Nortel/Bay Networks, 3Com and General DataComm. This means that with NEBULA an NSP is in a position to quantify which manufacturers are offering them the best overall performance, which is important in not only controlling performance, but also in minimizing the high cost of the network infrastructure.

NEBULA Performance Monitor is ideally positioned for the fast growing data network market, in
particular the latest technology of data networks such as ATM, Frame Relay and IP. NSPs are using one or several of these technologies for their data networks, and large corporations are rapidly adopting these technologies as well, opening up another substantial market for NEBULA. As data traffic is expected to surpass voice traffic by as early as 2000, this puts LINMOR Technologies in an exciting position of potentially rapid growth with increasing deployment of NEBULA Performance Monitor. In addition to data networks, NEBULA also has the capability to do data gathering and performance monitoring of voice and wireless networks.

According to the Management Information Circular of Sept 10, there were 20,806,267 shares outstanding with 49.5% held by insiders, including mutual funds managed by Altamira and the Working Ventures Canadian Fund.
