There is a large undeclared short position on this stock. Although this cannot
be proven, a price explosion could occur if the major shareholders call in
their share certificates. An AMEX listing will squeeze the shorts out of the
stock and result in dramatic price appreciation as well. However, this is a
viable company with earnings, strong management, a variety of shows and
revenue producing projects, a strong international and global reputation, and
a strong startgic plan. This company is heading in the right direction.
The company is planning a listing on the London and American Stock exchange as
well as other foreign exchanges to reflect the global focus on the products
