Paid Membership Subscription Cancellations

Refund policy for subscriptions

You may cancel a free trial at any time during the free trial period and incur no charge. For all initial purchases of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel during the first 30 days (calculated from the date of purchase plus any free trial period, if applicable) and receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after the first 30 days, you will not receive a refund. For all renewals of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel within 30 days of the renewal date and receive a full refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but you will not receive a refund. If you cancel your subscription but are not eligible for a refund, you will retain paid member level access to the site until your subscription expires.

Cancellations may be made by through the Silicon Investor Member Store, or by logging onto your Silicon Investor account and sending a PM to any site administrator with the information listed below.  Your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 p.m. Cental Time) on the appropriate day as described above. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reach you or be charged back to your account.

To cancel your Silicon Investor subscription you may also send a message to cancel@siliconinvestor and provide the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Silicon Investor logon username
  • Silicon Investor message board posting alias
  • Subscription type
  • Email address used when subscribing
  • Phone number including country code
  • Country

Note: Cancellation e-mails sent after business hours will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

After processing your email request we will send a reply, including confirmation of the cancellation.
