Joe might be exactly right on this but many have run out of patience and or time. The competing bids to the Gauzy backers look tough. The question is who will the courts choose? Not sure if anyone can make money with the unions in France. It would be nice if someone just buy all of Gauzy and Refr and put an end to this story. degree, i said it was no worry from the start...spd not going anywhere, gm, ferrari, mclaren are accounts where the plastic goo sandwich film will be made for, big accounts...multi billion dollar laminators using spd and offering roofs are much more vital as that is an intensive product to make and more than 1 are there and have been for spd

agp (a laminator) went out/bankrupt as a smaller roof maker but just after that happened a new maker of roofs took the roof production for the ferrari, isoclima i believe, that was a key thing to me and confirmed what i suspected of these accounts not being dropped...with ferrari purosuangue at a 90 plus percent take rate and rave reviews i was not worried that would be an issue as well though...

**********

so.....when gauzy signed with refr they just made film...then they bought vision systems and safety tech, 2 cash burners, a mistake....now they sell them off and back to how it was....good, less cash burn drain on them and stick to making the plastic goo film sandwich with the one machine in germany for spd and whatever pdlc they make......and deal with being smaller, just film and focus more if possible on film and not orange plane cockpit affects and a few bus cameras in albany new york where a million other larger companies make same cameras.......and vision systems will continue when sold off where spd is used as well

"much ado about nothing" as the saying goes, as far as for refr.... as far as gauzy, their investors can disect the implications, i only talk of refr as i am invested in refr and never have in gauzy......

these things are just as i have been saying to a couple investors in private...so i am not making this up after the fact....even some of my posts publicly expressed these sentiments to a degree but not as detailed in public boars as bashers fill up and spam public board, more should be blocked, its a clown show they make. the couple yet they call me a clown, ironic..

spd just needs a real car to get going, it will come, a car with volume. that was my focus and still is...gm ferr mclaren took spd cause its superior, its not going anywhere and is the best smartglass by far as is obvious for multiple reasons...may get lucky with windows but cars gaining some traction was always my main optimism

<img Unless mistaken, I believe we heard something about the black product prototype supposedly previewed to one or maybe two potential customers privately at past trade shows and that the CEO saw it looking great (maybe in Israel). If true, then wtf is the hang-up. It is also unclear who has the lead as we were made to understand this development was progressing in Woodbury at one time assuming there remains someone working there but this week the CEO noted possible delays in Israel due to the hostilities. The only thing progressing seems to be the steady rate of confusion.

[G_Force] yep...just need some dressing for his word salads

[OhNotagain] If they haven’t done it by now, either it’s really hard and they haven’t investe...

If they haven’t done it by now, either it’s really hard and they haven’t invested sufficient resources to make it happen, or it’s not really possible. I doubt at this stage the CEO would be lying or making things up. He also made it sound like the worst case is France being dissolved and Gauzy continuing on, but if the plan is approved, it will be well-capitalized, and they will continue there as well, which I was not expecting. It's possible that the main investor who offered the 50 million is still involved. We will know soon enough.

[longonrefr] Ferrari continues on (as well as mclaren and cadillac of course)...Ferrari to no...

Ferrari continues on (as well as mclaren and cadillac of course)...Ferrari to note especially, Gauzy still making spd film and more importantly new laminator for ferrari bought equipment to laminate for ferrari as per today's conf call....ferrari, mclaren, gm are accounts someone will be there to fulfill, these are real accounts with real companies, this is what i suspected and was confirmed today.

[longonrefr] You won't quote it see

[Rancon56] Wrong again.
