PREFACE
1993 is the publication year of my essay: "Magic in the Mirror. The Millennium of the Three Dimensional Pedagogy". It described the basis of, and the rise of new experts and truth tellers in an era of New communication, rapid research, discovery and development. The ancienne regime could no longer contain nor control everything true and new. The old one-dimensional pedagogy of despotic knowledge dictators would be at war over the very concept AND THE DETAILS of TRUTH. And to anchor the point the Preface began with these words: " Do you think the dinosaurs died quietly?"

To begin...
I am a son of a bitch. Born from the third hole of a woman's ass, between shit and piss. And with shit and piss I was born into this world, welcomed with joy, washed, and returned to Mother.

I was born into a family of 1865 Reconstructionist farming settlers who were first to put an iron blade into the earth, the sod, the trees and turn wilderness habitable and productive. They were devout in Faith and sincere in Community. Churches were built as soon as homes and barns were raised and Sundays were an unbroken ritual of celebration.

Here is my home, the place where earth and sky were as natural as floor and ceiling. The cathedral of our shared Creator was brown and green under foot and blue, sunlit, and starry overhead. It was a place we worshipped as the handiwork of our Lord just as we worshipped His Word made Flesh and that dwelt among us. It was a place we studied to champion just as we received His Revealed Word as Gospel and studied to become Champions adhering to Faith and Word of Salvation.

This is the place that gave me it's sacred 'hello'. This is where my mother gave to me the greatest gift ever, after life itself. This is where I was brought for Baptism, to the transit between congregation and altar where the font was placed. This is the place we believe the Saints of Heaven come down to meet the Living Saints and together with our Lord's Hosts of Heaven altogether deliver that sacred and eternal "hello" and "welcome".

I was born into a world of civil war, unspoken secrets, death, and secret plans of death. For all of my childhood these were all unknown. Flashes of anger like lightning struck seemingly like random and angry men would gather in yards just as they did when a storm felled a tree in someone's yard.

I was also a polio boy. I was one of the unlucky ones made deathly ill by a vaccine meant to protect from illness.

It struck as I slept and with undeniable certainty as I awoke one morning after the vax, in severe pain and memory of a dream of being stabbed in the back. Mom said it was nothing. She was wrong.

It struck again the very next night with the pain and the dream of being stabbed. The virus had burst each kidney and the end was nigh. Mom said it was nothing. She was wrong.

Then the lights went out and I was dragged by dingos to the banks of the River Styx and left under the bushes for the River Ferry man when he comes.

That was the year of no Halloween, no Thanksgiving, and no Christmas. I lay at the transit between Saints living and dead. And the River Ferry man never came.

I remember waking in a bed in Grandma and Grandpa's house though we had moved an entire state away. Mom was seated in a chair next to me. A doctor stood near, and Grandma stood at the foot of the bed. I was home. Dad had driven off to that new home with my older brother and sister. It was now the coldest part of a northern state winter.

I remember eating in bed: scrambled eggs and biscuits and pancakes all with butter and syrup and honey. And then one day when I could walk, Mom brought me to a hidden place, to show me who we were.

In old houses there is both a cellar and an attic. In Grandpa's house there is a strange door, almost hidden, that opened like a closet door, narrow and easily unseen with only a little latch at the top of the stairs. We opened that door to the attic and climbed the narrow stair. I could just do it.

There was a landing a little way up where the stairs doubled back for the next short flight upward. The landing was a harbor of shelves and clothe hooks and hunting gear fantastic. It was a destination itself. It was filled with fishing poles, bows and arrows and arrowheads as sharp as razors and outdoors clothing stored for the next adventure. It was a doorway to Narnia. And it was only halfway.

The next half flight was like arriving at a castle hall of knights where gatherings and relics of gathering were on display. These were one hundred years of family relics and proof of Time, Talent, and Treasure invested.

There was more hunting gear: clothing and rifles and fishing too. Seasonal goods were stored. Books. And there was a real Victrola phonograph just like in the pictures with a giant speaker horn looking like a flower. And there was a heavy table and chairs where things could be done with tools all year, even the coldest winter with heat rising from the coal furnace. But of all the fantastic sights, nothing compared to what was overhead.

Overhead, like a Sistene Chapel masterpiece were my Uncles' model airplanes suspended by strings from the ceiling. Some were solid and heavy, and some were light as the balsa wood and tissue they were made from and genuinely ready for flight. Some even had propellers and rubberbands to add distance. Some were small and could easily fit in a shoebox. Some were to a boy as great as a man's outstretched arms.

Their father was an engineer after service in WW1 in the new science of electricity, and they were compelled by the new science of their day: flight and the machines of flight. I was gobsmacked.

That moment, that day created an imprint that was like a mark on a compass for the rest of my life. When I later wondered what I would study and become it was a mark I knew well and the direction fit for the day and for me.

When my dad later gave to little boy me a little boys' toolbox filled with tools it was not only the best gift ever, it was acknowledgement of all the household repair jobs I'd already accomplished with his tools, it was like a knighthood bestowed with swords and ceremony. It was the only "attaboy" he ever gave.

My dad's anger seemed to be like the lightning when it came out of nowhere and then caused a loud boom. By grade school I had learned the most fundamental of natural sciences lessons including the ability to distinguish 'one of these is not like the others'. I was not like the others. But why and how and what did it mean? The answer would take decades and the result was picking a side in a civil war between families.

Grandma standing at the foot of my bed was the last memory of her. She had given her all and she died a few months later. Grandpa lasted a little longer. I had one last visit bringing him home from hospital and he was too sedated to know. They were both gone after giving a little polio boy a quarantine bedroom. It's hard to say they made the right choice. It's hard to believe their doctors made the right choices.

Polio boy went on like Jack and Diane, doin' the best that they can'. Grades were good. The formula of faith, family and country and a Protestant work ethic was enough. Polio boys can't afford weakness from drink and drugs. Choosing sobriety via abstinence is easy for a Polio boy. Top 10 would have to be good enough at graduation. But what came next was unexpected and almost unbelievable.

To get to the next step would take more than Reagan's new defense budget and hiring season. To show I was the better choice I was aggressive, direct, personal. I studied the new industry like a banker and chose my target and went all in with letters and calls and acquired letters of recommendations to add to Deans List records. That list had other names too. When I and my classmate were selected and later assigned to Advanced Design it was the Sound of Silence that rewarded me. Shawn was a natural. Not me. I was the 5'11" 135 lb polio boy oddity.

It didn't last. I was made acting Assistant Chief Engineer and Lead System Designer. 'Acting' because my assignment was 'way over my years and pay grade. All because of my F-16C/D design achievement which was a very quiet big deal. Company fortunes were launched with that design.

That achievement put me at the table with men twice my age. That's when the clouds started forming. I began to recognize a pattern of choices that weren't technical nor good for the customer nor product. It made clear my future dilemma would be navigating a minefield of unknowns.

Shawn had gone Navy and I had gone Air Force. My/Our design was finished and sent into AFAQ & SPO for review. In the interim I was made Red Team point man to recover the troubled Navy A-12 program but only two hours on site revealed it was unrecoverable without repeating the Advanced Design phase. I wish I could write the reason without going to prison. It was unbuildable, unflyable, uncertifiable. It is a shocking truth of what mismanagement can cause when intentional malice is promoted. AFAQ, NAVAQ and the entirety of officer corps needs to see that theoretical evil is sometimes real. Tora, tora, tora. IFF.

And that's where this prelude now ends and the rest of the story now begins.

30 years ago...
I found a rental house on an idyllic pond near to work and inexpensive. There was a reason for its price and vacancy. It was derelict. I was not deterred. The neglected house maintenance was finished in days. The yard was next and was the long narrow sort with a septic drain field from access road to pond. The house was set midway with a small carriage house close by. The drain field was a rich source for blackberry brambles which had grown over the adjacent yard and also the carriage house. It was like Audry from Little Shop of Horrors unleashed her "feed me" appetite.

I borrowed the neighbor's powered blade trimmer and attacked like Army. Big Red One. It took two days to clear 50 yards of bramble and only one instant to get choked out by a hidden surprise.

Hidden under the bramble, pushed against the carriage garage was a brand new freezer. I was amused, and a little thoughtless. I turned the little key and opened the door...

In that instant I learned a medical lesson. There exists within your nasal sinus a set of muscles that are described and illustrated in Grey's Anatomy. I had read the book. What it doesn't say is those act as a sphincter to close your sinus airway, including your esophagus, in the event of poisonous air.

Inside that freezer was an entire Side of Clyde and never chilled in the year or more since delivery. The occupant of the converted studio/ carriage house was a derelict stoner musician so beyond crispy, burnt, and living on monthly support checks he was crumbly. His name is so famous I don't dare give it.

The point of all this is: your body has 5 natural senses and when you have a functioning mind they will protect you from the poisonous stench of rotting flesh by closing your airway. I was instantly overcome and my runners' training caused my chest to heave with panic. I jumped away some yards after shutting the freezer and my recovery was quick.

Your body is designed to discriminate using it's senses together with a trained mind to make healthful choices. It will also act autonomously.

This ability is a gift of your Creator.
If you ignore or dull your good senses and mind you might die.

Discrimination is a skill all parents teach their children: stinky, dirty, fresh, spoiled, moldy, rotting and Wash Your Hands. These are modern lessons for la good life, la dolce vita.

Discrimination is good.

Bigotry is the word for thoughtless and careless acts of antidiscrimination. Bigotry is the bad word.

50 Years Ago...
I was a freshman at St. Olaf College taking the obligatory courses before the upper level choices were available. I had taken one English lit' course and hated it furiously. I should have dropped it. From then I was allowed to substitute Chris' classes and I jumped at the chance to study Old Testament. What I learned changed my mind, heart and soul. Of all the memorable lessons the ones from Rabbi Abraham Heschel stand apart and above the others.

He was a part of Hebrew scholarship reviewing translations 100 years ago and discovered an error that changed him and me too. He and his fellows discovered a mistranslation that meant the very definition of Zion and a Jewish Homeland were misunderstood. What resulted was an expansive understanding of God's instructions to Jews and Judaism.

Instead of being an insular sect, they were to be a gift to the world. Instead of living with their back to a closed and a locked Temple entry door, eyes on the alter, they were to live on the path to the Temple and share the common pathways with others in Community.

Instead of the old axiom: First, and Most Loved
The new translation meant: First, Of All Loved.

This changed absolutely everything.

Instead of being an exclusive, selfish caste, they were called to be and find Zion on the Path everywhere, and not only in Judah.

The implications of a changed relationship with neighboring people is massive and could take volumes to express and explain.

Here and now in this Christmas letter it is my gift to my old classmate Andy and his entire congregation and to Christianity also. I regift it as I once received it, white elephant style.

Tom and I drove out to Venice Beach on a Saturday morning day off. We were on TDY in Cali and... well all work and no play...etc. Bikes were rented as one does. The short version of this is on a shaded path a tree root cut across the pavement at an angle and I didn't see it until coming back to the scene a day later. I was nimble enough to tumble neatly over the handlebar as it jerked and spun the front wheel square and flipped me over. But at speed one shoulder dislocated and broke the collar bone as palm and shoulder tissue stayed behind.

In a local walk in clinic an X-Ray was taken as wound washing finished. The radiologist stood looking and seemed puzzled. Then he just said: "I'm not sure..."

Ha! A fifth grader could see the broken collar bone ends. He was a Hindi immigrant and I just stared at him without expressing my disgust in his incompetence. It is only now I consider it might have been intentional disregard. Why?

By 2012 ...
Nullification and break-in tampering, poisoning and the DE shooting gallery had taken a toll and I was declared 'terminal, irreversible, untreatable'. Bilateral hepatic and nephratic failure. I was bedridden and convalescent. But I scheduled a Hail Mary appointment at Mayo Clinic after requesting some special ELISA tests. It was a long shot and a long drive.

The phlebotomist entered and demanded venipuncture instead of finger prick Rapid Card Tests the modern way. The trip was a waste. Even more, this ancient hirsute Hindi used her needle in my arm as a child might poke a ball of yarn with a knitting needle over and over until I stopped it. A back of hand draw finished the session. Strike 2

Strike 3 came next. The Pathology Department head was named Kumar and began with Instructing the usual disrobing and examination then suddenly exploding into rage and ordering the session to an end inexplicably.

So, what's up with Hindis in medicine? Lesson learned.
Some lessons don't need more evidence to draw a conclusion.

AN OPEN LETTER TO SECRETARY OF DEFENSE HEGSETH

Sir, I compose these words to you for a single reason: the error described here must not be repeated and your command officers today must learn how easily their prior COs were rendered neutral and null.

You are our nations' alpha soldier. I am not, yet I dare remind you of how serious these failures have been by invoking the name Pat Tilman.

I am a nullified engineer, tagged with the label 'disgruntled' when the truth is I am the singular SME on the topic of engineering fraud on the F-16, F-22, and A-12 programs having been designer and leadership and a first-person eye witness.

The only reason you have an F-22 in service is That Unknown Guy (TUG) wrote a letter ca1995ish to our Senate Armed Service Committee members John Warner and John McCain, at risk and without any legal protections. Thus, he can never be named. That letter warned and explained the fraud. You know of the results of that letter because you witnessed the corrective action. Thus you know the truth and accuracy of his account.

Nullification came afterwards.

For the first time in 25 years we have a POTUS and SECDEF with a mind for corrective action. Thus I write, trusting in a tradition of Te Qam allowing a defender of State to be free from State retaliation.

Sir, your PCOs completely failed IFF when they had the entire truth laid in their hands by a Good Shepherd whom they mislabeled as the Wolf. Moreover, they gave authority to nullify TUG and cover up the cause for corrective action.

And, you have since then lived the era of failed IFF and are today still suffering from IFF failures. IFF failures now infect every good and allied Western nation and even three consecutive Popes .

Sir, I write to insist you fully detail for your COs how the fraud committed on the F-22 was identical to that on the A-12. TUG had certainty the F-22 would be cancelled and acted to prevent that event. But the heroic was made icky.

Even more, when the truth that a good congressman named Gary Condit was innocent because the alleged murder victim was discovered alive, your actions prevented Congress from receiving the Humint and healing itself; and prevented the 9.11 intelligence from getting a proper review. One messenger, several messages.

The repercussions of your Service branches, from NAVAQ & AFAQ to SPO, from OGC to OSI, in those times failing IFF has been historically enormous: the 9.11 event would have been repelled, war in Iraq avoided, thousands of USA deaths and multifold injuries avoided, trillions of dollars expense for war avoided, global intifada suppressed. Pat would be alive.

By revealing to your COs the casus belli and IFF failures you can expertly train an entire world our actions TODAY are solely defensive. And, we were under attack even back then, before 9.11.

I recognize this requires some admissions that are unpleasant. I am firmly believing our society can avoid bigoted and tribal retaliation when they are presented narrowly defined actions and actors. Our courts are the envy of the world in this regard. Correct justice must result and it cannot if our IFF experts are failing.

I believe the innocence of Gary Condit must not and will not result in a Dreyfus- type event over Chandra Levy when named actors are revealed, proving a limited cohort of perps of mixed faith were the cause. With this singular revelation you reveal, I believe, the Antifa USA command. Hayden Lake to A-12 to F-22 to D.C. to Penn State to NYC. They operated in open view. Antifa.

There is so very much that results from correcting IFF past and present. I appreciate this requires officers of good character. I am optimistic we have these now when they were absent before.

Next, you have encountered me in matters before the EUTC and I expect you have a partial briefing. Thus these additions.

Leading into your May 2018 EUTC meeting with regulators were my defensive actions to counter clear and present new evil. These date to 2012 and begin with response to a mass shooting. It wasn't enough for Fate to put me in DOD Te Qam matters.

After Sandy Hook I was a medically retired engineer distraught and wondering what could be done as prevention. Because I am also conservative I regard our enumerated rights nearly sacred. I thus conceived of an embedded IFF transmitter mimicking and updating E911 tech with the addition of WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC and packaging the entire unit within trigger safety switches for new firearms of all designs, and within trigger locks for existing firearms. My attempt to file the patent was tripped up when USPTO advised a single errant checkbox selection nullified my submission and legal fees for correction would be a 5-digit cost. Abandonment was the result.

Merely days later, EU economic data from 2012 and predictions for 2013 were dire. Since I am a 4th generation banking scion I hold pretty good understanding of economics so I made a phone call to the French Ministry of the Economy, as one does. My TMo plan allowed it like a local call so 'Ta da!'

That was 2/13 IIRC and the very nice lady to whom a switchboard transferred me was the Ministers' Chief of Staff IIRC. Each MITM event was an attack on EUTC web and email servers and thus EU government's servers. It was a hostile nation's attack. I was simply the messenger getting intercepted. However since I have credentials in engineering and Microsoft Certified Professional certs with server support experience I was not average nor unlearned nor confused by events.

Sir, you were called to explain and I could only watch as a tiny company and investment was dragged into a mega conflagration. It is over. However the perp injured itself and the international market is not unaware nor forgiving.

If it weren't for my appeals for leniency within my filing, inspired by the CEOs public remorse indicating unauthorized actions were conducted, I suspect the perp might have been embargoed from the bloc forever.

Your State 10% investment in INTC was, in my opinion, a wise protective move and I applaud you.

If I could be allowed a suggestion on this, I would have the three previous executives in CPU solutions design leadership returned and added to the board: namely Brian Krzanich, Pat Gelsinger, and from the Mobile Solutions division Rene James. These three were undone by other actors assigning them guilt and on this I believe you and I are sympatico.

Even more, those three are far superior judges of technology and tech skills to review LBT hires for DEI and self promotion.

Moreover, the errant actions were resulting from offshore executive hires named Soldhani, Eul and Renduchintala. The board was responsible for these disloyal and incompetent hires. That board is gone.

LBT has been an opportunist since the Eul fiasco and while his skill is proven, his dedication is also. The three names I offered can restore good order. I also like the idea of adding Michael Combes who was recently with Softbank and earlier with Alcatel and more.

Another restoration project of value to you would be Mr. Romney. I am not his fan, but if I read news and understand correctly, he could use your association, and his knowledge and cooperation can benefit your agenda.

You must be aware that the Franco-geddon flash crash occurred contemporaneously and so did the Monsanto buyout by a Swiss holding company. You will be familiar with Mr. Gates' biotech investments and Microsoft's private trading deck. Will, skill, means, and opportunity are the stuff of screenplays which sometimes mimic reality.

I respectfully suggest a flowering of friendship and a new deal. I expect Mitt's knowledge of Ukraine diplomacy and in particular the matter of Monsanto seed sales and buyout plus offsets would be useful.

On another topic I am a fan of genuine proven talent and billionaires supporting good government. If those same billionaires are also fraternity men with obligations called '7 year itch', a plan including Reform in exchange for leniency in criminal matters would be wise. Kudos are due you, I suspect. A public comment regarding private society reform would draw widespread kudos, IMHO.

Curbside walk-in vet clinics could be repurposed for human walk-in care.

Flashback to 2011 ...
I met a redhead. She was a well-known real estate agent seen on bus outer ads all over town. I don't recall how she was referred to me but after a bit of review I called the office. Surprise, her schedule was open for a retiring new arrival needing a new house. I discovered quickly she was in the business of choosing and denying properties for discussion and review which was an undesirable trait. But the point for this note that matters is one of history and family. In brief comments we learned we each were related to Swedish ancestors. Hers were Sami and the way I learned is the entire point here: she complained furiously that her people were treated horribly over the centuries after Christendom arrived. She was angry.

Folks, it has been over 600 years since the Sami were isolated for refusing modernity brought with Christianity. Conversion was a matter settled early but separation was the result. Social unrest and economic opportunity loss resulted. The Sami are Entheologists. After 600 years they are still driven to hatred by practiced memories despite modernity bringing unimaginable benefits. Their shaman brought them none of it; only misery.

Today, in the months since my last post of WPV 30 in which I offered to meet USAF Engineers, there was a response but not as you would expect. There was a surprise assembly at my local grocery store on several occasions and then as suddenly as the uniformed USAF appeared they disappeared. There is no near by facility and when I inquired there was no reason given for their assemblies. However, during one, there was a Chief Master Sergeant(?) present named Padilla whom I spoke to briefly. He seemed awkward. But he was escorting an enlisted guy of obvious Central American heritage. Short. Dark and Mayan in ancestry. And very angry. He looked ready for a fight. I deduced he was the entire purpose of the gathering.

Confession
One of the greatest gifts of Reformed Christianity to secular society is the tradition of Confession of Sins in our Services. We do this as a community, openly, and give to ourselves and to others the gift of private silent communion with our Creator. But we also give to each other and our children the example and lesson of this ritual having been accomplished today, and by our ancestors for all ages preceding. It is a lesson in the character of both who we are and who we have been which led to today.

We have learned to take seriously this ritual and avoid the abuses of past ages when a private detailed confession was demanded by a priest for salvation. A priest who could be also abusive, careless, and selfish with the knowledge, and horribly demanding in acts of penitence.

Our country benefits by this advance in social training given by communities of faith. As we come to trust each other to seek Right in Faith we also come to trust each other to seek Right in social acts and mores. It is a trust that is easily abused but it is a fundament of our character unshared by other communities. And it is abused by other communities also as a result. We cannot know true private thoughts. We take a person's word as a seriously offered genuine truth.

Our courts rely on this character. So does our policy and practice of immigration and Citizenship. But the oath of allegiance to flag, laws and country are easily lied about in an era when the expected words recited are well known and disseminated for practice in advance.

An oath of allegiance is expected by us to be a moment in which a new citizen stands before our secular Altar of Grace, flag, and Justice, having made privately a confession and repentance of past acts of disgrace by both self and ancestors. We expect he/she now claims a Truly held Repentance and desire for this new secular Grace in place of old, even ancient barbarian behavior by ancestors and self. We expect a whole inward and outward embrace of our Enumerated Rights, Constitution, and agreement with our Truths. But this oath has no test. We receive it in trust which is easily broken and too frequently broken in these times. We are too often disappointed by falsehood.

Chief Padilla and his peidella were clearly a fundamental failure cast in uniform. It was entirely evidenced this peidella was entirely unfamiliar with the need to repent past abuses of ancestors and embrace a new world of Rights; Give no respect of blood and death rituals and totems of mutilated bodies nor the glorification of those of the past.

Our Rights have nothing to allow to abuses of those Rights. Mayan and Aztec historians and archeologists have copious records of horrors committed by those cultures. And yet peidella couldn't contain his anger at a well-measured criticism. His skin and bones had no penalty cited. Only the horrors of thoughts, drugs and actions were called to account. He was as foolish as the redhead, angry that a 600 year old ritual would be criticized as though the strength and wisdom of his ancestors to arrive alive in his person were somehow the target. Nonsense.

Padilla was a command failure. And the peidella was unfit for his uniform and service. USAF may have an indentured service program that concludes with citizenship for immigrants, but the qualifications for citizenship are just as demanding and trust was clearly being violated in his case. Both needed reeducation. Welcome and citizenship is only granted to those agreeing with our Rights and it does not welcome organized abuses of Rights, no matter how ancient nor Traditional. This comment should not even be necessary in our time and place. For any person to contest ours versus their ancient Traditional practice is a fundamental error in their mind and a reason for ejection.

Over 100 years ago...
My ancestors arrived from both sides of the North Sea: Maternal ancestors from the north and Paternal from the south. Each landed in different eras: Paternal before the Civil War and Maternal in the post-war Reconstruction. They each had something in common: escaping feudalism to the improvement of indentured servitude, bonded to land-holders only temporarily as labor made payment for land and freedom.

Our nation was founded by people who paid for their place in history with labor in times of both peace and war. There was no luxury of currency and coin in those days. We were a place of a new experiment in governance: Of the People, By the People, For the People.

This had never before been done. And mid-way in our success toward nationhood a decision was made to open the door to a newer experiment: Servitude without Slavery with people of non-European non-Christian background. It was a new form of indentured servitude and it had a rocky and difficult record that often, too often, descended into a form of policing and management indistinguishable from slavery.

The pace of language training and social adjustment was a nightmare and we still are recorded as a nation of slave-owners when the truth is closer to being a nation of indentured servitude for the mutual benefit of hired and hiring party, all leading to an un-bonded life for all. There is bigotry in classrooms and pulpit; perhaps more than there ever was in the field.

By the time of my birth many believed the Confederate side had laid down its complaints and accepted our Union. I never heard a word of doubt until I moved south.

Today the examples of non-euro talent are so very evident any system of racism or class bigotry is too obviously disconnected from reality. Our color-blind belief is rewarded. So, why is it again tested? Is it forgetfulness or something else?

Every harvest season our nation celebrates successes at festive gatherings and because of our multi-ethnic history there are interwoven and shared traditions. These become like our church 'pot-luck' dinners where traditions are shared and appreciated within the shared community of a single governmental allegiance to Enumerated Rights.

Back in essay WPV#4 Message 32814244 I wrote of my cousine suffering assault from our grandfather. He was a doctor, a veteran, a fraternity founder and patriarch of two sons and 9 grandchildren. But his assault was a horror. I placated my mind with the idea it was a one-off event, possibly caused by P.E.Ds needed for an extended hospital duty schedule. Nonetheless it occurred when both of his sons were nearby and the guilt and damage were indisputable and indefensible. I was also there in the minutes immediately afterward.

He was ordered by a judge 'no contact' for life. Our family descended like a backwards playing of OZ from Technicolor beauty to the dull grey and harsh dry winds of a Kansas dust bowl. Our family gatherings became a charade in a heartbroken desert. Half-way one would leave and the other arrive.

I still remember how as little bitty kids we would play together in all seasons including rain and snow. We had swimming and skating and sliding and stickball and dogs and peanut butter sandwiches... And inside on foul weather days we could play an odd little game whose rules I have forgotten. But it required wiggly giggly kids to sit on stairs and somehow move up and down the stairs until someone reached the top first. Over and over. Those were the good years. The before years.

I still remember the Sunday we gathered as a family all together for her Confirmation service when all her classmates were assembled in white robes with red collars, looking a bit like cardinals. It was a day to celebrate a teen's successful graduation from the study of Luther's Small Catechism, to the confession, vow and membership in the congregation of faith.

Until now I haven't told you: she is a redhead, like her mother. And so today is her husband and children. And that should make you smile. RedHeads in Graceland. And you should have no doubt she is dear to us.

Old evil
There is a complaint in the news from the far north. An ancient evil assaulted the people of the north and caused injury. It occurred so long ago few are alive to remember but the survivors say it cannot be forgotten. There are similar complaints near to us and there are similarities in the stories. Physical force is used to hurt and insult.

I am familiar with the hurt. I know that even in our Graceland, wrong is sometimes done and covered up. When my family committed to silence for my cousine's dignity, we could not possibly know how silence would become a source of indignity in future years. I was late-20's when grandpa died and the horror of allegations of his serial abuses at his medical office and clinic were revealed. It was at his funeral when I learned. It was the first and last time his granddaughter saw him in over a decade. He escaped to silence of the grave, separated by dirt from his accusers.

His accusers deserved justice. They received none. There are only complaint forms recording the hurt. Records of medical appointments that might corroborate dates and names were put out of reach somehow by someone. Time has passed and death has likely taken the injured with age. Justice delayed and justice denied.

I know this. I am angry. Reform is required. A very precise and surgical removal of a cancer from a body of men that also conducts good is required. The good should remain. We have a right to gather for... PEACEFUL PURPOSES. Where is their confession? And their repentance? Papa !

But what of the complaints of a broad-based racist 'cleansing' of tribal First Nation people?

We know of the centuries of ritual confessions and harvest celebrations in our culture of multi-national citizens. We also know we subdued with force the armies of the south who dared to demand permission to keep an indentured-by-force population in a system indistinguishable from slavery.

And we know these events occurred in a rural place nearly 100 years ago and more. And we know that natural wealth for tribes is seasonal and a child offered to private care and schooling has both benefit and loss to family and person. And we also know that in those years medical care was needed to receive people without modern medicine to discover skin conditions indicating disease and malnutrition and parasites. This would require a daylight exam where strong lighting only came from sunshine. Body orifices would be examined. Haste would be needed. Language and trust barriers would be broken in the absence of family and translators. Children cry and fear is infectious. Pain and fear create strong memories.

I recall at age two toddling across a busy street passing our home and a frantic angry mother paddling my bare butt painfully in front of others right there on the sidewalk. Yet mother is the source of love as well as justice and the memory is diluted by love.

We are not a monstrous racist people but monsters live among us.
I... KNOW... THIS.

What of other claims of hideous treatment of tribal people? How do we carefully measure justice and policing in historical last-century rural places when the only way to create safety was distance or dirt? There were no brick and steel jails. And there were scarce policing opportunities putting urgent decisive action ahead of careful and forgiving patience.

We now live in an era when we have the luxury of abundant time and means of separation. And we have gone to great expense to pay for careful cautious justice. We are not mean. In desperate times desperados must be handled without delay. Armies are trained to be decisive to our benefit.

We know this. We are long centuries past the era of bigoted tribal and racist assumptions. Our courts are sagging under the weight of the records of slow and deliberate justice. Our intentions are clear. But the good words in our laws and regulations must be respected and adhered to. Uniformity of character, will and skill is flawed with no solution.

She was healthy and whole and photogenic right there in front of me. After a couple days of pause I decided that the political theater and character assassination attempt needed justice, a good Samaritan, and there were no other witnesses except co-conspirators. I made two phone calls to authorities I trusted: D.C. FBI and D.C. METRO upon referral by FBI. In following days and years I also posted comment using the avatar dudleydoright on CNN/legal with each Chandra article until they stopped. I also called you Cali office and the woman who answered hung up on me. Your private attorney didn't return my call.

I don't know why they didn't act in your defense. I did. And later when the accused perp Ingemar Guanedique was arrested and charged with the murder I emailed and called D.C. PUBLIC DEFENDERs several times to make the same point: she was alive on that date in July 2001. I spoke to Jon Anderson and delivered my email letter to him.

I had unique privately given knowledge about a drug abusing congressperson who was also reported to be denied your party support as House DNC party chairman for re-election. I deduce you were aware of the drugs and associates and risk of real reputation and blackmail injury to both person, party, House, Congress, and Country. You acted for the well-being of all and for that you deserve a nod of regard for tough service.

When the theatrics all played out, no body was discovered except some dubious dental fragment. Rabbis were denied any evidence from FBI searches for burial because it was all discredited. Even the supposed perp who went to trial was released after having been reported as Puerto Rican.

Did you also hear about Infraguard and Safetech? Our own agencies have created a security and spy industry for hire in an attempt to legitimize personal rights violations. Why? How about cellular satellite comm with smartphones? You heard about the sub-6Ghz 5G pause last year with two cell-cos near airports. And now new iPhones include SMS for SOS. Did you know PRC established the near-by-to WiFi satellite band of 4.x for their domestic phones dating back to new regulations dated 2015? Their UniSOC modems have had this for years and you should expect the tech has been ready since before that. It could have been built in without certification.

I wasn't very interested but the trap was set. The means, motive and actors all on stage. Jack was ready to 'give 'er a rip'.

When the aerosol spray hit I was totally naive. The rage was furious and my actions wrong. Then I blacked out for 48 hours only coming to remembrance when I returned to the scene of the hit. Kabala is real and debauchery is a tactic to secure loyalty in fraternity men like boathouse blood rituals and gang rape. Who cares in today's theater?

There are women in DoJ who know. Why do they remain silent? Time magazine made three FBI women investigators People of the Year '02 for their whistleblowing. How'd that work out for them?

We need women and especially wives and mothers to remember the story of Samson and Delila. We need women to believe 'Mom's lives matter'. We need men to remember old historic lessons and reasons we escaped European despots to form a more perfect union.

How about Keystone? How about electricity in N. Carolina? Do you remember the story of Laurence of Arabia teaching tribes to tear down telegraph lines to disrupt occupying colonialists? Do you remember that was also the first tactic used in retaliation against occupying USA in the Gulf? Do remember and take seriously the memories and use them as instructive?

How do we solve this?

There is a German Bishop with living memory of the horrors of a single man's maniacal thoughts and deeds causing hell on earth. His memories presented to other Bishops and one most of all, at an opportune time and place can remind the entire Holy See of the need to hear the pleadings, prayers and confessions of their congregations. His words at the Gate of Celestine were a good start.

Fratelli Tutti is not just an argument for unity, it is a demand for allegiance and in that allegiance I invoke the Ritual of Confession of Sins and Penitence. Does the Bishop still call his Fratelli to obedience to his orders? Do his consecrated Princes and Kings still obey the demands of the Prince of Christendom? Is Malta the only case because they have no fearsome military?

Now would be a good time to instruct the Princes to keep up with their duties including Confession of Sins. Perhaps there are faithful political and secular officers who can be influential. I hope and pray it goes peacefully.

Why do we want to solve this? Don't our enemies have rights too? Is the vision of a global Star Trek borderless Federation coming? It might be better to ask: Is this the right way?

I see two major problems in the global disruption: disagreement over Right & Wrong including drug use leading to battery assault and theft; and Racism including more subtle racialism.

We solved both problems on paper and the world hates us for it. They want drugs and Entheology as an expression of their Rights. Our borders deny them their rights. A bishop who breaks borders thus grants an influx of violations. But what if there are no blacks or whites any longer?

My neighbor is a young brunette and a longer term tenant than I. When I moved in below she looked like a runway supermodel. My wife had a brain tumor.
She was diagnosed in Dallas after taking a role in their genetics research labs. When we moved, I made clear my priority to invest in her at the school of her choice to finish. My family had produced three generations of college women by that time. So tell me, at what age did she suddenly become smart? 20? 17, 15, 12, 10? How is it that someone with such qualities and achievements is called a liar all her life? Why was it necessary for her to present academic superiority to get care? Was she unqualified for care because of gender, or appearance, or Protestant faith?

How's your mom, wife, daughter? My mom suffered for decades from something undiagnosed and I have guesses but no proof. The entire world knows about NTD and the advanced stage symptoms. I read not long ago about a Vietnam vet who finally after long decades received care for schistomyosis advanced stage illness after having been denied even anti-parasitic meds for decades. He served on riverboat patrols and the disease was endemic to the area. He was denied basic care by Uncle Sam for decades.

There's a similar disease all along the American northern continental ridge forming our riverine drainage system. The bug is different and because its body waste is less toxic it is categorized as medically insignificant. Even more, there are laws linking the psy-condition of "Delusional Parisitosis" to complainants who have had 'swimmer's itch' as kids and then present themselves years later with complaints. Doctors are required to consider delusion in these patients. But the bug lives and multiplies in the same tissue as the other world variations.

What if a kid like that also gets a tainted polio vaccine? What if a woman takes the Pill? Double-whammy. Then what results? At what age do the symptoms finally deserve to be medically significant? What if the patient is a Protestant?

What about vaccinations overseas and on Reservations for people similarly exposed to these endemic diseases? Isn't it reasonable for them to receive care for the advancing diseases? I do.

And what if an adult survivor passes the condition to children who all receive a Covid vaccine? Korea has expertise here.

If I were an Anglo-Confederate churchman 40 years ago and part of the kabala plan and I had a background in math and finances, how would I support England's plan? How could I harvest and weaken the uppity protestants. Well, if I were a D.C. connected donor I would look for a Senate staffer for a powerful Senator committee chairman who knows 'stuff' before the public does and I'd be his bestest friend.

I'd provide support for a staffer who had insight into future technology applications in government financial tools, like computers, and I'd ensure his son or daughter had every possible advantage. Then in future years after the child was groomed and operating a massively successful company I'd make an 'unrefuseable' deal.

I would offer a contract connection in the dark operations of government and ask if they could and would assist in managing emergency cash flows, off the books, for emergency situations that require hidden transactions. Since it is Uncle Sam requesting, it can't be illegal, right? Certain USA functions need such hidden capability, right?

And I would help a bright software guy or gal write custom code that enabled a financial database to have two veerry special features (not bugs):
1 there would be a hidden Administrative access security level
2 there would be hidden columns of entries and characters, like the 'deceased' and 'deceased on' and 'payment to' mail address and bank account columns in SSA databases.
I'd make it possible to continue SSA payment beyond eligibility to a recipient for the emergency cash needs of grey and black ops. Zombie payments.

What could go wrong? How many decedents are there? How many zombies?

What if I was a USDA official? Could the program of inspections be interfered? Flashback 40 years ago...

But it was bad and it looked to me like the loyalists were rewarded with jobs for max time and pay knowing that upon retirement USA would use the clause in every security clearance to prevent them from ever speaking publicly or under sedation. We all sign knowing that clause giving permission to monitor is there, just like the Shadow electronic spyware. But the clause doesn't say anything about permitting Gremlins slipping a final 'Mickey' to a retired guy. There appears to be some creative interpretation going on. Dead men tell no tales. Why would any young person want to sign up to that any more?
