w0z here's a QNTUSD Wave Count Update. Below is a link to the wave count I provided when QNT was at $94.67. I had projected a target of 357.30. It hit 375. In 3 days.

So here's an update. Minor Wave 4 retraced ~50%. Typical is 38.2%. Minor Wave 5 is in play and typically has a 61.8% price extension. In this case 390. However I also use an alternate method for projecting a target. It's on the left side. Its target is 481.44. That's close to a 88.6% price extension on the right side. Its subjective. The key now is to wave count the price pattern that unfolds over the next week. Ping me and I'll update. Breeze

True and their loss. At the rate $QNT went 5X in one week ($60 to $300), a mere 3.3X from $300 to $1000 doesn't seem impossible. I still cannot understand why everyone was sleeping on this. I tried to alert folks like Raoul Pal at RealVision and Beth Kindig at I-O Fund but that apparently fell on deaf ears. This was indeed a welcome surprise while I wait for POET to get their act together, but I'm confident that day will come as it has for Quant. Congrats to us on $QNT!

September 24, 2026 may prove to be a landmark day for Quant (QNT), with major validation arriving on both sides of the Atlantic. In the U.S., The Clearing House—operator of critical payment networks including CHIPS and RTP—selected Quant through a competitive process to power the interoperability, orchestration and transaction-management layer of its new On-Chain Money Initiative, which will allow financial institutions to clear and settle tokenized bank deposits and is expected to launch in the first half of 2027; Quant will also offer its Tokenised Deposits-as-a-Service platform to participating banks that lack their own tokenized-deposit capability. (The Clearing House) At the same time in the UK, seven major banks—including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest and Santander—completed the first live customer transactions using tokenized sterling deposits through the Great British Tokenised Deposit initiative, whose shared infrastructure was developed by Quant. The Commodities and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is trying to move ahead with its own set of rules for crypto markets after the Senate failed to pass the Clarity Act earlier this week.

The CFTC submitted a new proposal to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on Thursday. Details were not disclosed. It is unclear which crypto assets it covers, what exchanges would need to do to qualify, what restrictions would apply or how far the CFTC believes its authority extends.

Once the OMB reviews the draft, it will return to the CFTC for a vote and public comment. It would then need another vote to become effective.

The submission comes after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Thursday issued an “innovation exemption” that gives qualifying platforms a five-year path to offer onchain trading of certain tokenized stocks without registering as securities exchanges.

Both the CFTC and SEC have vowed to continue working together to provide the crypto industry with clearer rules under their existing authority after the Clarity Act failed to pass.

“The CFTC is locked in and ready to ship its rules for the new frontier of finance,” CFTC chair Mike Selig wrote in a post on X following the vote on Wednesday.

The CFTC, on Friday, also published a no-action letter, giving certain software providers a way to connect users to regulated derivatives markets without registering as introducing brokers. It covers passive software that lets users view markets and submit orders directly to registered firms, including through crypto wallets.

Providers can market specific contracts and receive transaction-based fees, but they cannot hold customer assets, generate buy or sell signals or control how orders are routed or executed, according to the letter.

The relief comes with conditions, including risk disclosures, recordkeeping and compliance with marketing rules. It remains in place until the CFTC adopts rules or guidance addressing registration requirements for software developers.
