How much of a trader’s ability to actually achieve these kinds of compounding results comes down to strategy… versus the conditions they’re trading under?

On paper, the math makes sense.
But in real execution, things like fees, slippage, and order fills start to play a role especially if someone is actively trying to compound aggressively.

If you’re taking multiple trades to reach those kinds of targets, even small inefficiencies could stack up over time and affect the outcome more than expected.

Looking across platforms like Binance, Bybit, and OKX, it’s clear that trading conditions aren’t identical, especially once activity increases.

Which also makes me wonder where things like VIP structures fit into this.

Not from a status perspective, but purely from a performance angle.

Some setups seem heavily volume driven, while others like Bitget VIP come up in discussions around whether different structures can slightly reduce friction over time. Which some users have said does.

So I guess the real question is:

If two traders had the same skill and executed the same “triple trade” idea, but under different trading conditions… would they realistically end up with the same result?
