In February 2021, DC Chief Judge Beryl Howell created guidance for how DC judges could determine pretrial detention for J6ers—U.S. citizens.

Known as the “Chrestman rules,” named after a J6er allegedly tied to the Oath Keepers, Howell established 6 factors for judges to consider before granting Biden DOJ’s pretrial detention motions. Those factors included “pre-planning” to attend the protest and language used by the defendant.

That framework helped keep nonviolent protesters in jail for an indefinite amount of time—until a trial could be held, conviction secured, and sentence imposed.

It was the first time an entire set of unknown defendants—let alone political protesters—were subject to special rules that didn’t apply to anyone else.

A Washington federal judge rebuked the Department of Homeland Security for detaining immigrants for a month or longer without bond hearings, calling the practice “shocking” and a “huge whopping statutory violation.”

Senior Judge Beryl Howell of the US District Court for the District of Columbia raised concerns about the detention periods during a hearing Wednesday on warrantless immigration arrests in the nation’s capital.

This sort of thing is a milestone. We’ve had 3 Islamic terrorist attacks in two weeks and 2 in 1 day alone.

So far we’ve had 4 Islamic terrorist attacks in America in March.

The Austin bar shooting was on March 1. Then we had the IED attack in NYC on Mar 7th. And on March 12th, there were 2 more attacks.

That’s an average of 2 Islamic terrorist attacks a week this month.

It’s a new record that reflects the growing Islamic demographics in America.

First up, we have a previously convicted ISIS supporter from Sierra Leone who had all but taken out an ad in the paper promising future attacks, got locked up for it, got out and carried out an attack at Old Dominion.

ISIS-supporting ex-National Guard member Mohamed Bailor Jalloh shouted “Allahu Akbar” before launching his deadly attack at Old Dominion University on Thursday, federal officials revealed.

Jalloh, 36, busted into a Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) classroom at the Virginia college and yelled the Arabic phrase, before opening fire, killing a retired military officer and injuring two others, FBI Special Agent Dominique Evans said at a press conference.

Jalloh, a naturalized US citizen originally from Sierra Leone, fatally shot the course’s instructor. Two other ROTC members injured in the attack are both in stable condition.

Law enforcement sources told The Post that one heroic ROTC cadet fatally stabbed Jalloh.

Jalloh was sentenced to 11 years in prison for offering material support to ISIS, then known as ISIL, in 2017.

Second up, is a Lebanese Islamic terrorist with reported Hezbollah family ties who supposedly was busted for child sexual abuse trying to shoot up and blow up a Jewish preschool located inside a Reform Temple.

Ayman Mohamad Ghazali came to the U.S. from Lebanon and got legal status by marrying an American citizen. His brothers were reportedly in Hezbollah. Ghazali lived near Dearborn, the ground zero for Shiite Jihadists in America, and he targeted a Reform Temple in West Bloomfield, which has a sizable Jewish community in Michigan.

A senior federal law enforcement source confirms to Fox News the suspect in the West Bloomfield synagogue incident rammed a car into the building, exited with a rifle and exchanged gunfire with armed security, who shot and killed him.

The source said the vehicle caught fire inside the building, and the suspect’s body was badly burned.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard and West Bloomfield Police Chief Dale Young said the suspect in Thursday’s attack at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan rammed a vehicle into the synagogue before being confronted by armed security guards.

Young told reporters the suspect “breached the building” and “drove in through doors with a vehicle,” with surveillance showing the vehicle “traveling with purpose down the hall.”

Security personnel inside the synagogue “engaged the suspect with gunfire,” authorities said.

A number of first responders are being treated… mostly for smoke inhalation. This obviously could have been much worse because while there weren’t services at the time, there was a preschool with 140 kids in session.

So we’ve got a known ISIS terrorist from Sierra Leone and a Lebanese Muslim terrorist, who had this stuff all over his social media, who were both able to get citizenship, remain in this country and plot their attacks.

And much of our political elite is still demanding that we keep allowing the Muslim mass migration to continue.

Two attacks in one day is a wake-up call. The latest one. It shows how many Muslim terrorists we have in this country.

What more are we waiting for? 3 attacks in one day? 4? When does it get to be enough?

Iranian media reported an unusual Israeli drone attack in Tehran on Wednesday night, with the semiofficial Fars news agency saying Israeli drones struck security checkpoints at several locations across the capital.

Fars, which is affiliated with the regime, said explosions and clashes were reported at multiple points in Tehran and that about 10 security personnel were killed, including members of Iran’s security forces and the Basij, the militia linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Other sources, however, said the toll among regime operatives was significantly higher, claiming dozens of Basij members were killed within minutes.

“This operation is a joint effort by the Mossad and monarchist elements to infiltrate terrorists and sabotage the country. This operation will fail,” a “knowledgeable source” was quoted as saying in the statement carried by the agency aligned with the mullah regime.

Fearing unrest, the regime’s Basij forces set up checkpoints on major streets to restrict civilian movement across Tehran. The drone attack was intended to signal to regime opponents that its internal security forces are vulnerable, while also instilling a sense of fear among Basij operatives in the hope they would be deterred from carrying out similar actions against civilians later on.

Before the reported attack, Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran’s former shah, called on his supporters to stay home. “We are at a very critical stage in our final struggle. For your safety, leave the streets and remain in your homes,” Pahlavi said in a recorded statement.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also addressed the Iranian public. “In the coming days, we will create the conditions for you to take your fate into your own hands. Your dreams will create reality. When the right time comes—and it is approaching quickly—we will pass the torch to you,” he said.

Earlier Wednesday, the IDF announced that dozens of Israeli Air Force fighter jets, guided by military intelligence, had completed large waves of strikes against Iranian regime infrastructure in Tehran and other areas of Iran.

According to the military, aircraft carrying out the strike missions identified personnel at an IRGC headquarters in the heart of Tehran and, within seconds, fighter jets struck the site, killing those inside. The operation also targeted headquarters and bases belonging to Iran’s internal security forces and the Basij, along with the regime’s intelligence headquarters.

The Shi’ite branch of Islam, which has flourished as the official religion of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the various ayatollahs for the last half century, believes in the return of the so-called Twelfth Imam, who is descended from Mohammed’s son-in-law Ali ibn Abni Talib. Talib was the fourth caliph assassinated in 661 in a succession war, after which the split between Sunnis and Shi’ites eventually became permanent. According to the traditions of Twelver Shi’ism, the twelfth of these Imams, a boy of five years old, disappeared under mysterious and disputed circumstances in the year 874 – but remained alive. Though communicating with the world through various agents, he entered the state of “occultation” in 941, promising to return when the time would be propitious.

The reigning authority on Twelver Shi’ism is the historian Emmanuel Sivan, who, in his magisterial volume on the subject, Radical Islam: Medieval Theology and Modern Politics, warned that an integral part of Shi’a Islam’s belief and thought involves the initiation of a planetary conflagration. This belief system posits that Allah’s kingdom will be established on earth by the Twelfth or Hidden Imam, also known as the Mahdi, whose advent can be hastened by creating the right set of circumstances: friction and misunderstanding among the nations and violent upheavals in a welter of blood and fire. The nuclear option is Iran’s favored methodology to bring this about.

Incredulous westerners who would pass this off as merely a quaint belief to be taken with a grain of salt, or indeed with a whole salt shaker, should reconsider. Sivan spends many pages describing and analyzing the Shi’ite vision of an “ideal, legitimate state to be instituted by its leader, the Hidden Imam.” Over the course of history, he writes, a “minority of Shi’ites, quite substantial and dangerous at times, would move from pessimistic idealism to an optimistic brand of the same approach—the imam’s arrival is imminent, Allah’s kingdom is bound to be brought upon earth by this messiah (mahdi), and one should help precipitate its descent by armed revolt.” The Mahdi’s arrival has, indeed, been eagerly anticipated.

What the world does not yet know is precisely what the Iranian mullahs have been gleefully assuming, namely, that the Twelfth Imam has already returned and been hard at work arranging the approaching apocalypse. An occult scripture, unearthed in a clay jar at an excavation works near the Arak nuclear site and labeled the Arak Codex #190001, reposes in the Inscriptions Department of the Malik National Museum of Iran in Tehran.Only the ayatollahs and a few select individuals (including the present writer) have been privileged to this document. According to the scripture, the Mahdi has indeed returned and has fulfilled all the signs and portents that announce his presence.

He is half black, half white. He is tall and strides with a lope. He possesses dead eyes and prominent ears and is starkly skeletal in appearance. His background is both obscure and exotic. He is persuasively eloquent and is adept at saying one thing while doing another. His head swivels from side to side when addressing the multitudes, as if reading from prepared texts no doubt lowered from on high and inscribed by the Lord or one of his mala’ikah. He gives the distinct impression of being a man-child. He is supremely confident and exudes a certain boyish charm many find irresistible. He is devoted to popular sports involving holes and nets as emblems of ensnaring. He bows frequently in false humility, cajoling the high and mighty of the earth, yet brooks no objection to his will when dissent is offered. He is to be found in many different places from one day to another. He is surrounded by loyal minions, many of whom appear to be imbeciles, who do his bidding without question or scruple. He is the keeper of the jinn and the ifrit. And he is building a fortress-like library in a major city of the enemy to consolidate his legacy.

Let me be very clear about this, for there are those who cannot bring themselves to confront the evidence of the Twelfth Imam’s uncloaking that I, privy to the discovery of the mystical codex through means I am forbidden to reveal, now set before them. All his actions have been directed toward igniting the flames that wait to engulf the world. He has diligently undermined the laws, security, and prosperity of the people he pretended to represent as a Manchurian president, and continues to turn one against the other, sowing discord among the populace.

He will inaugurate a new world order.

Hamit Coskun is a native of Turkey who now lives in the U.K., where he sought and was granted the status of political refugee. Coskun is an ex-Muslim who detests Islam, and to make clear his feelings about both Turkey and Islam, he set fire to a Qur’an outside the Turkish Embassy. The Crown Prosecution Service then prosecuted him for this act of what was termed “blasphemy,” and convicted him. He appealed the conviction and was acquitted by a higher court; then the Crown Prosecution, in turn, appealed that decision to acquit and tried to reinstate his conviction. But the High Court has just dismissed that appeal, standing up for the right of Hamit Coskun to express his contempt for Islam by setting a Qur’an on fire.

In a humiliating defeat for Britain’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), the High Court has dismissed an appeal by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) seeking to overturn the acquittal of a free-speech activist previously convicted of burning a Qur’an.

The CPS appealed to the High Court in November 2025 after the Southwark Crown Court dramatically reversed the sentence of the Westminster Magistrates’ Court against Hamit Coskun, who set fire to the Qur’an outside the Turkish Embassy in London on February 13, 2025.

Coskun, a 50-year-old political refugee from Turkey, committed an “act of desecration” while driven by a “deep-seated hatred of Islam and its followers,” provoking Muslims to commit acts of violence, the CPS had argued, seeking a conviction under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.

Judge John McGarva convicted Coskun in June 2025, ruling that he had committed a “religiously aggravated” offense. However, Justice Joel Nathan Bennathan quashed the verdict in October 2025, declaring: “There is no offense of blasphemy in our law.”…

As Judge Bennathan said in his opinion quashing the verdict convicting Coskin of blasphemy, there is no “offense of blasphemy” in British law. But there is such an offense in the law of Islam, the Sharia, and it was that “offense of blasphemy” that British judges were attempting to accept, and apply. Judge Bennathan was having none of it. According to him freedom of expression “must include the right to express views that offend, shock, or disturb,” even if it involves burning a Qur’an, “an act that many Muslims find desperately upsetting and offensive,” Bennathan emphasized, handing a victory to the ex-Muslim atheist whose mother’s family was killed in the Armenian genocide.

The CPS told Focus on Western Islamism (FWI) that its case was “always that Coskun’s words, choice of location and burning of the Qur’an amounted to disorderly behaviour, and that at the time he demonstrated hostility towards a religious group.”

Yes, that’s exactly what he did. He was making a statement against Islam; he chose to do so for maximum effect right outside the Turkish Embassy. He did indeed “demonstrate hostility towards a religious group” — Muslims whose ancestors, he knew, were responsible for the murder of his Armenian mother and for another 1.2 million Armenians between 1915 and 1920. Why should he be punished for expressing his view?

The Coskun case will enter the history books as a major step toward retaking intellectual territory that had been conceded to the “sons of Allah,” a sign that we in the West do not punish what any religious group, including Islam, finds offensive.

In the U.K., after the High Court overturned the conviction of Hamit Coskun, no one should worry from now on that “blasphemy” will become a crime. Do what you want, whether you are a refugee from an Islamic regime, or simply a level-headed Western Infidel, to express your opposition to Islam. Hold up a placard depicting 54-year-old Muhammad holding the hand of nine-year-old Aisha. No one can argue that that pedophilic coupling did not take place; it’s in the Hadith of Bukhari and Muslim.

Or do as Hamit Coskun did in London and Martin Frost did in Manchester, and burn a Qur’an if you wish, to demonstrate your antipathy toward the faith. You have that right. Or perhaps, most devastating of all, simply hold up a poster that does nothing more than quote from the Qur’an and hadith. Have people at an anti-Islam rally carry posters that say just this: “Muslims are the best of peoples” (Qur’an 3:110) and “Non-Muslims are the most vile of created beings.” (Qur’an 98:6). On other placards have two quotes from Muhammad that can be found in the hadith: “I have been made victorious through terror” and “war is deception.” The display of those four quotations will send Muslims into a rage, not because they are false, but because, far more devastatingly, they are true.

Is This the Real Reason Democrats Aren't Funding DHS?

ICE is already funded. Republicans locked in billions for the agency last summer as part of their reconciliation package, and that funding runs through 2029. The shutdown does nothing to slow deportations. Nothing. So what exactly is the point?

If this shutdown can't actually stop ICE, and Democrats know it, then what's the real play here?

The answer that keeps surfacing is a dark one. Democrats may be keeping DHS dark precisely because they see political opportunity in the chaos that may follow. Are Democrats counting on sleeper cells to activate and carry out attacks? Are Democrats counting on natural disasters to happen without the government being able to adequately respond?

After 9/11, the country unified behind President George W. Bush virtually overnight. You know as well as I do that won’t happen again if there’s another large-scale attack. Democrats know this, and appear to be acting accordingly. Not funding DHS won’t stop ICE, but it could make it harder to stop another large-scale attack. If that happens, Democrats won't rally around the flag. They'll point fingers at Trump.

Two famous brothers who worked as real estate brokers have been convicted of drugging and raping dozens of women over the course of decades.

Tal Alexander, 39, and Oren Alexander, 38, rose to prominence from their sales of luxury real-estate properties in New York and Miami. Along with a third brother Alon, 38, a jury found all three guilty of sex trafficking by a jury in New York.

Prosecutors had accused the brothers of using their wealth to lure women to parties and luxury homes, then taking advantage of them. But their attorneys argued the women were willing participants.

They were found guilty on all 10 criminal counts, including sex trafficking and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Sentencing in the case is scheduled for 6 August and the brothers could face up to life in prison.

In closing arguments, Assistant US Attorney Andrew Jones said the brothers committed crimes without remorse and with "callousness" and "a perverse sense of pride".

Lawyers for the brothers had argued they were womanisers - but not rapists.

"They're not drugging them, they're not raping them, but they're certainly pursuing them," said Marc Agnifilo, a lawyer for Oren Alexander. Agnifilo had previously represented rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs in his sex trafficking trial last year.

During the five-week trial, 11 women - including several who said they were minors at the time of the incidents - testified against the brothers, alleging they gave them gifts and flew them to locations and parties where they fed them drugs before assaulting them.

Prosecutors said the brothers "surreptitiously" put drugs in women's drinks, and told jurors that they "physically restrained and held down their victims during the rapes and sexual assaults and ignored screams and explicit requests to stop".

Jurors were shown a video during the trial of Oren Alexander allegedly raping a drugged 17-year-old at his Manhattan apartment in 2009.

During the trial, a new allegation surfaced as part of a separate lawsuit, when reality television star and top real estate agent Tracy Tutor accused Oren Alexander of drugging and sexually assaulting her in New York City in 2024.

A lawyer for Alexander called the civil suit a "demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact".

US Attorney Jay Clayton, whose office in the Southern District of New York prosecuted the case, said the verdict is "an important step in our fight against sex trafficking".

"The jury saw the Alexander's [sic] conduct for what it was—calculated, brutal sexual abuse that, unimaginably, the defendants celebrated," Clayton said in a statement.

"This verdict cannot undo the effects of heinous abuse the Alexanders' many victims endured, but it does send a message: New Yorkers want to bring an end to sex trafficking in all our communities."

Agnifilo said that that it was "not the verdict we were looking for, but we're going to keep fighting," the Associated Press reported.

The BBC has contacted Agnifilo for comment.

Tal and Oren Alexander were once prominent real-estate agents, working for property giant Douglas Elliman and listing homes for celebrities including Liam Gallagher, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. In 2022, they founded their own New York-based firm called Official. Alon worked at the family's private security firm, Kent Security.

This story has everything the Left loves. Afghan Muslim refugees. One of them named Mohammed. And LGBTQ. It also has the consequence of everything the Left loves. A horrific crime.

On a night in late June 2023, the victim, a 22-year-old woman who had recently moved to Chicago, went out for drinks with coworkers and ended up at one of Chicago’s iconic gay bars in the 3300 block of North Halsted Street, according to prosecutors and court records.

Presumably she was in a gay bar because she didn’t want to be raped by Afghan men. Unfortunately nothing seems to keep them out. Except perhaps mass deportations. We might want to consider those.

Why were two Afghan Muslim men in a gay bar anyway? Their religious supposedly forbids both of those words. Perhaps they’re straying from the path of the devout (but atoning for it by assaulting an infidel and taking her as a sex slave, in the full tradition of the original Mohammed.) Or perhaps they’re not too picky about whom they assault. Women. Men. In Afghanistan, the two can be surprisingly interchangeable when it comes to sexual assault.

Khan told her she was going home with him and “forcefully guided her” toward the front door, where Mohammad met them, the filing said. Both men pushed her into the back seat of a car.

Chicago police later recovered city and private surveillance footage showing the two men forcing the woman into a Toyota Prius owned by Mohammad. As Mohammad drove to Khan’s home in the 5700 block of North Washtenaw Avenue, Khan sexually abused the woman in the back seat, according to prosecutors.

Shortly after 2 a.m., the woman managed to call 911, but Khan allegedly knocked the phone out of her hand and ordered her not to call anyone. Mohammad fled the apartment and hid the woman’s wallet in a nearby yard before police arrived. Khan went downstairs to meet the officers when they arrived. Not satisfied with his presence, they contacted the woman by phone, persuaded her it was safe to come outside, and summoned an ambulance. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of “extensive” injuries consistent with sexual assault, along with abrasions and marks on her body, prosecutors said.

At an initial court hearing, Khan’s defense attorney said he had moved to the United States from Afghanistan more than a decade before his arrest and had been living in Chicago for about a year after previously living in Milwaukee. The attorney said Khan supported a wife and 13 children in Afghanistan by working at a parcel company and sending money back home.

Mohammad’s first defense attorney said he came to the United States from Afghanistan in November 2021 and had been living in Chicago since February 2022. According to the attorney, Mohammad worked with the U.S. military in Afghanistan and left the country fearing for his safety after the Taliban regained control, then supported himself in Chicago by driving for food delivery apps.

The vast majority of Afghans and Iraqis who supposedly worked with the U.S. military never did. That status has been handed out to practically everyone. The end result have been more rapes.
