Has been profitable since 1992. Has 1.7 million in cash and outstanding current and quick ratios. It is down recently due to quarter to quarter drop in profits. I just bought in at 1 9/32. Is anyone else following this stock enough to provide additional info. Armanino's revenue has once again been setting new revenue records. The recent dividend has been raised to 2.5 cents quarterly (10 cents annually). The intermediate high was set on September 4th 2018 at $2.94. The yield on this solid little sleeper is in the 3.25 % plus range. If you need a place to park extra cash and get a yield over 3.25 % - this is a dandy. On big up days and big down days this stock retains its value and offers an above market dividend yield (at a favorable tax rate) with wonderful stability. Management owns a substantial portion of this company, and thus they are extremely stockholder friendly. Buy yourself some shares - throw then in a drawer and fuggetabout em. You'll be glad you did! Best of trades to all. If you wait over a year then those gains are taxed as long term capital gains and may/could be zero '0' if you keep below the 2nd tier tax level.

I believe KMI had some ROC dividends too.

You can check your brokerage account and look at your cost basis for the security; Check after x-dividend and you s/d see an adjustment for your original cost lowered by the amount of the divided. Many of the REITs I like are not qualified dividends and hard to find yields this high that are 'qualified'. I added to VTS to equal my NOG percentage but keeping the size small. I think these are good stocks to own in a Stagflation environment as the qualified div yield is higher than the inflation rate and leveraged against an asset (Oil/NG) that always does well in such an environment.

I still have a lot of cash sitting in the Money Market and looking to deploy that into dividend growers. Even though they reduced their dividend from 2.25 to 1.75, they have committed to a 9% dividend yield and feel comfortable with much of 2027 now heged. 8500 are now Long term and I'm comfortable with some risk on an 9% dividend tax free labeled as return of capital. Much like we enjoyed for several years with KMI.

Some call this deferred taxation, but to a certain degree I like it as the cost basis reduces, it assures a sell out and not lose your seed money in case of a market decline. Eventually the commodity will bring a price greater than the cost to harvest - especially as the power needed for Data centers assures demand for fossil fuels.7000 shares of NOG are now @

My 7000 are now 8,000 with a fill at $23.35 this open (7.71% yield Porfolio average is now $23.44. (7.68% yield).

I sold out of NOG in Late February. I had initially started buying at 26 and 25 - which was early. I made several grand and sold all my high cost. After selling out I got remorse and decided that $1.80 dividend was safer with the 40% pipeline acquisition . I've had some good yield buys and have sold a lot of 23 puts which expired last month. I've staggered puts sales out into September with strike prices starting at 23 and down to 20,19, and 18, which are profitable and I hope they all get assigned.

I need more "Return of capital and qualified dividends, as the tax rates are far better than interest income.

This Straits of Hormuz is lyars dice game,that will continue until Trump dislikes getting played by thugs and crooks.

When that happens,crude will hit 150.00 and I'll peel out again. The blended div yield is great and each has their own hege strategy that makes the basket better holding both . .

    Yes, Vitesse Energy (VTS) utilizes a hedging strategy that is conceptually similar to Northern Oil and Gas (NOG), but there are distinct differences in their execution and "philosophy" regarding leverage and dividend protection.

Both companies are non-op (non-operator) specialists, meaning they don't own the rigs; they own the mineral rights and pay a share of the costs. This makes hedging critical for both to ensure they can meet their financial obligations regardless of price swings.

1. Hedging Philosophies

Northern Oil and Gas (NOG): NOG is often seen as the "aggressive hedger." They tend to hedge a very high percentage of their production (often 50%–70% of expected volumes) 12 to 24 months out. This is primarily to protect their massive acquisition-and-development (A&D) budget and to ensure they can service their debt.

Vitesse Energy (VTS): Vitesse also hedges, but they frame it as dividend protection. Because Vitesse pays out a significantly higher percentage of its cash flow as a dividend (nearly 10% yield), they use hedges as a "floor" to ensure they don't have to cut that dividend if oil prices crater.

2. Current Hedge Profile (2026 Outlook)Vitesse typically uses a mix of swaps and collars to lock in prices.

Oil Hedging: Vitesse usually aims to hedge roughly 30%–50% of their oil production. For 2026, they have been locking in floors to protect the cash flow needed for that $0.4375 quarterly dividend.

Natural Gas Hedging: While Vitesse is oil-weighted (Bakken-heavy), they do hedge gas, though it is a smaller portion of their revenue. Like NOG, they use these hedges to mitigate the impact of regional price differentials (the "basis" risk).

3. The Recent Impact You might have noticed Vitesse’s recent earnings showed a "loss" on paper—this was largely due to unrealized mark-to-market losses on their hedge book. When oil prices rise, their hedges become "underwater," which looks bad on a GAAP income statement but confirms that their "floor" is working as intended.

NOG manages this similarly, but because they have a larger scale and more diversified basin exposure (Permian and Appalachian in addition to the Bakken), their hedge book is often more complex and "laddered" than Vitesse’s.

[robert b furman] OFF TOPIC: Details on NOG Alberta Assets acquisition: (partially funded via sto...

OFF TOPIC:

Details on NOG Alberta Assets acquisition: (partially funded via stock shares - I like that - VTS recently did that) It appears the previous owners like 8 to 10% dividends. That was when I was buying the stock for $0.69/share in 2010.

I like the move to a new manufacturing facility. Higher margins helps get more shares of the acquirer for each share of the acquired stock.

Ditto CPB's dividend of $1.56.

and LANC - we buy the Marzetti cole slaw dressing.

Brilliant work!

We transplanted some previously bought plants into bigger containers and planted our seeds in potting soil.

Too many possible freeze warnings going on this month.

Everything is delayed this spring. We also had a very long fall with warm days into late November.

Thanks for sharing.

Safe to say AMNF remains a long term buy and hold - the only question is "How Many more shares? Estimating Total Capacity & Potential Revenue Right now, Armanino operates out of two fragmented, manually constrained plants in Hayward, California, which capped 2025 revenue at $76.1 million. By consolidating production, packaging, dry handling, and cold storage under one automated roof, the layout drastically alters their capacity limits.

In modern, automated, high-end specialty food manufacturing (especially liquid/frozen lines like pesto and sauces), full capacity efficiency metrics usually generate $1,500 to $1,800 of revenue per square foot.

Conservative Full-Capacity Estimate: $1,500 / sq. ft. $\times$ 91,000 sq. ft. = $136.5 Million

Highly Optimized Full-Capacity Estimate: $1,800 / sq. ft. $\times$ 91,000 sq. ft. = $163.8 Million

Maximum Revenue Potential: At full utilization across multiple shifts, this facility gives Armanino the structural runway to scale to roughly $150 million in annual net sales—effectively doubling its current corporate footprint.

2. Modeling the Efficiency and Margin Boom Armanino already boasts elite margins for a micro-cap packaged food player (a 31.4% operating margin in 2025 and an exceptional 49.8% gross margin in Q1 2026). Centralizing operations yields several massive financial tailwinds:

Elimination of Inter-Facility Logistics: No more shipping components between two disconnected Hayward plants.

In-House Cold Storage: Eradicates expensive third-party offsite cold storage leasing fees.

Automation Leverage: Higher throughput with fixed operational headcount.

At full scale in the new facility, we can model net profit margins expanding from their current 24.7% up to an optimized 27.5%.

<table data-path-to-node="12" style="margin-bottom: 32px; Extrapolation to Market Cap and Price per Share Armanino trades at a modest, reasonable 17x P/E multiple, largely compressed due to its low trading volume on the OTCQX exchange.

However, as a debt-free company crossing over $100M+ in revenue with ~30% operating margins, AMNF would become a prime candidate to uplist to the NASDAQ. An uplisting coupled with institutional-grade scale typically triggers a multiple re-rating to at least 22x to 25x P/E (closer to its mid-cap peers like J&J Snack Foods or Lancaster Colony).

Using their current 31,078,007 shares outstanding, let's look at how the valuation expands across different P/E multiple assignments.

Scenario A: Current 17x Multiple (No Re-Rating)

At Conservative Peak ($37.5M Net Income):

Market Cap: $637.5 Million

Estimated Share Price: $20.51

At Optimized Peak ($45.0M Net Income):

Market Cap: $765.0 Million

Estimated Share Price: $24.62

Scenario B: Institutional Re-Rating to 22x Multiple (NASDAQ Uplist)

At Conservative Peak ($37.5M Net Income):

Market Cap: $825.0 Million

Estimated Share Price: $26.55

At Optimized Peak ($45.0M Net Income):

Market Cap: $990.0 Million (~The $1 Billion Target)

Estimated Share Price: $31.85

Summary Verdict The move to Mountain House completely resets the ceiling for AMNF. The 91,000-square-foot facility possesses the exact physical capacity required to generate roughly $45 million in clean, automated net income.

If management utilizes this facility to capture Tier-1 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) partnerships and national accounts as outlined in their corporate growth pillars, the earnings power alone can drive the share price from its current $10.25 up to a range of $24 to $32—putting a $1 billion market cap well within execution distance without ever needing to break ground on a second plant.

It's all about the execution now . . stay tuned !

[E_K_S] What does AMNF need to achieve a $500 million market cap (a $16/share market pri...

What does AMNF need to achieve a $500 million market cap (a $16/share market price)

    To take Armanino Foods of Distinction (AMNF) from its current $318 million valuation up to a $500 million market cap, the company’s financials have to scale significantly.

Fortunately, the operational math lines up incredibly well with their fresh structural moves. On May 13, 2026, Armanino officially signed a 15-year lease for a brand-new 91,000-square-foot centralized facility in Mountain House, California (replacing their two legacy plants in Hayward).

Here is the exact growth math required to hit that $500 million valuation milestone, followed by an operational analysis of whether this new Central Valley plant can handle the volume on its own.

1. The Financial Math: 2027/2028 CAGR Requirements Assuming their current P/E multiple of 17x remains stable, scaling the market cap from $318 million to $500 million means net income must grow proportionally—from $18.7 million (FY 2025 actual) to $29.4 million.

Because the new facility will incorporate advanced automation, cold storage consolidation, and massive freight/packaging efficiencies, net profit margins are expected to expand. Let's analyze the required compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) under two scenarios: Baseline Margins and Optimized New-Facility Margins.

Scenario A: Constant Margins (No Efficiency Gains) If margins remain locked at their current 24.7% net margin, revenue must scale purely via volume.

Required 2028 Revenue: $119.0 Million (up from $76.1M in 2025)

Required 3-Year Revenue CAGR (2025 to 2028): 16.1%

Scenario B: Optimized Margins (The Mountain House Factor) If automation and consolidation bump net margins up by ~300 basis points to 27.7%, the revenue target drops significantly.

Required 2028 Revenue: $106.1 Million

Required 3-Year Revenue CAGR (2025 to 2028): 11.7%

The Takeaway: To cross $500 million by the end of 2028, Armanino needs a blended top-line volume growth rate of 12% to 16%. If the new facility runs as efficiently as projected, hitting the milestone becomes a much easier lift, requiring just under 12% CAGR.

2. Can the 91K Sq. Ft. Facility Do This Alone? Yes, the new Mountain House facility is explicitly sized to clear this hurdle without needing a second plant on the East Coast.

Here is the breakdown of why this single plant provides more than enough operational runway to support a $500M market cap:

The Capacity Math Armanino is moving out of two fragmented legacy plants in Hayward, California. Combined, those sites were heavily constrained by physical footprint, off-site cold storage logistics, and manual packaging.

A 91,000-square-foot facility handles industrial food manufacturing beautifully. On average, highly automated specialty food plants can generate $1,200 to $1,500 of revenue per square foot at peak utilization.

The Math: At a conservative $1,200/sq. ft., the Mountain House facility has a maximum structural revenue capacity of roughly $109 Million.

At full optimization, it can stretch past $135 Million.

Because the required revenue to support a $500M market cap is only between $106M and $119M, this single facility will comfortably house 100% of that growth.

Why an East Coast Plant is Overkill (For Now) While expanding to the East Coast sounds like a great way to save on freight to Atlantic foodservice lines, building a second plant right now would break Armanino’s perfect financial blueprint for two main reasons:

Raw Material Proximity Moat: Armanino’s biggest operational advantage is its proximity to California’s Central Valley, where its primary ingredient—fresh basil—is grown. Moving fresh basil across the country to an East Coast processing plant ruins the margin profile and compromises the premium quality of the pesto. It is far cheaper to manufacture the pesto at the source in California, flash-freeze it, and ship the finished product East using consolidated cold-chain freight.

Preserving the Debt-Free Balance Sheet: Management explicitly noted that they are not taking on debt to finance the Mountain House buildout, relying instead on their robust free cash flow. Attempting to dual-track an East Coast expansion simultaneously would destroy their pristine capital allocation model (currently sitting on zero long-term debt).

Verdict The new 91,000-square-foot California hub gives Armanino all the structural runway, automation upside, and margin leverage it needs to comfortably scale into a $500 million compounding machine by 2028. An East Coast footprint won't become an operational necessity until they look to cross the $1 Billion market cap mark.

[E_K_S] It's federal land and not many deer/elk but Bears and lots of squirrels. This is the trail down to the Lake.

Today transplanting seedlings into the outside 4'x8' raised bed. Nothing like what you have and since our growing season is very short, I do fresh herbs that I can harvest over our growing season.

Since AMNF is going to the source for their fresh herbs, I wonder if they have plans to sell their special sauce or some variation of an herb spread? This would be something I would buy to add to many dishes I prepare including when roasting meats. Not sure the margins are high enough. Maybe they could try a dry vacuum pak.

Mccormick & Company (MKC) is the king of spices, seasonings and specialty foods. They have maintained a 10% CAGR over the last 30 years with 40% gross margins.

strategically and financially, AMNF is a premier "bite-sized" target for McCormick. It perfectly mirrors the characteristics of McCormick’s past successful acquisitions (like Cholula or Frank's RedHot), just in a different aisle of the grocery store.

    The Financial Fit: High Margins & Clean Balance Sheet McCormick protects its margins fiercely, and AMNF would actually be accretive to them:

Operating Margins: AMNF has stellar operational efficiency, posting full-year operating margins of 31.4%. That is double McCormick’s typical mid-teens operating margins.

Growth Profile: AMNF grew net sales by nearly 10% ($76.1 million total), with operating income jumping over 31%.

Balance Sheet: They carry zero long-term debt and have roughly $29.6 million in cash on hand.

    Two Other Companies That Are a Great Fit for AMNF If McCormick passes, AMNF's strong foodservice footprint, high margins, and premium Italian/sauce focus make it an incredibly attractive target for other major food platforms looking to expand their refrigerated/frozen value-add segments.

1. Campbell Soup Company (CPB) Campbell has spent the last few years aggressively remodeling its portfolio to tilt heavily toward premium, higher-margin brands (exemplified by their acquisition of Sovos Brands, the makers of Rao's Homemade).

The Fit: Rao's gave Campbell a absolute chokehold on the premium ambient (shelf-stable) pasta sauce market. Acquiring Armanino would allow Campbell to leverage the Rao's brand power or retain the Armanino name to dominate the refrigerated/frozen sauce and pasta categories.

Synergies: Campbell’s massive supply chain and deep distribution network could easily push Armanino's frozen pestos into thousands of retail grocery doors where they currently lack scale.

2. Lancaster Colony Corporation (LANC )Lancaster Colony is a lesser-known but incredibly successful serial acquirer in the food space that focuses on "craveable" specialty food products. They own brands like Marzetti (dressings/sauces), Sister Schubert's rolls, and have a massive business manufacturing branded retail sauces for restaurant chains (like Buffalo Wild Wings and Chick-fil-A sauces).

The Fit: Lancaster's business model is explicitly built around two things: premium retail specialty products and heavy foodservice partnerships. Armanino fits this exact blueprint.

Synergies: Lancaster specializes in frozen and refrigerated supply chains (bakery and dressings). Adding Armanino’s frozen pesto and filled pastas to Lancaster's existing foodservice distribution lanes would yield immediate, highly profitable cost and revenue synergies.

[robert b furman] HiE_K_S, Very NICE and PEACEFUL. Here at the lake the best I can do in the garden are dill plants (started the seeds in the house) and some frost free herbs. The next move is some East Coast manufacturing facility so learnings from this move makes the next one just a bolt-on production facility. Eventually do we see something in Europe.

    The facility will incorporate advanced automation and modern production technologies designed to improve throughput, consistency, and overall operational efficiency.

    Armanino Foods does not plan to incur debt to finance the facility buildout, reflecting the Company's strong cash flow generation and strategic approach to capital allocation.
Going to be interesting to see how the stock responds. There should be plenty of FCF to support this facility move & continue to pay the dividend. No Debt & No Partners. (OTCQX:AMNF) ("Armanino Foods" or the "Company"), a leading producer of premium frozen Italian and specialty food products, today announced that it has signed a 15-year lease for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Mountain House, California.

The approximately 91,000 square foot facility will consolidate all of the Company's manufacturing operations into a single, highly efficient location, bringing together packaging, dry ingredient handling, production, and cold storage under one roof. Armanino Foods plans to exit its two leased facilities in Hayward, California as part of this transition.

Located in California's Central Valley, the new facility is expected to enhance cost efficiency while providing improved access to a broader labor pool and closer proximity to key agricultural regions where core ingredients, including basil, are grown.

"This is a pivotal step in positioning Armanino Foods for long-term growth," said Deanna Jurgens, President and Chief Executive Officer. "By consolidating our operations into a single, modern facility, we are building a more scalable and efficient manufacturing infrastructure. This investment supports our continued momentum in Foodservice and enables future growth across National Accounts and International markets."

The facility will incorporate advanced automation and modern production technologies designed to improve throughput, consistency, and overall operational efficiency.

The Company expects the new facility to support continued growth in its core Foodservice business while providing the capacity and flexibility to expand into new channels and geographies. The transition will be executed in phases to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.

Armanino Foods does not plan to incur debt to finance the facility buildout, reflecting the Company's strong cash flow generation and strategic approach to capital allocation.

The Company expects the facility to be fully operational by the second half of 2027 and will provide additional updates as the project progresses.

About Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc.

Bob

[E_K_S] Time for this stock to become a teen ager. Benjamin Graham Valuation (Revised Intrinsic Value)Graham’s classic formula focuses on a "no-growth" base plus a multiplier for future growth.

Formula: $V = EPS \times (8.5 + 2g)$

$V$ = Intrinsic Value

$8.5$ = P/E for a no-growth company

$g$ = Expected annual growth rate (using a conservative 12% for AMNF, despite recent 22% performance)

<table data-path-to-node="6" style="margin-bottom: 32px; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><tr style="font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Year
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Est. Fair Value Price Range SummaryBy blending these two metrics with AMNF’s historical 5-year average P/E of 17.5x, we can establish a realistic price corridor.

<table data-path-to-node="17" style="margin-bottom: 32px; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><tr style="font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Period
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Conservative (Lynch/Avg PE)
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Aggressive (Graham Adjusted)

<tr style="font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">2026 Target
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$12.43 – $13.50
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$17.31

<tr style="font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">2027 Target
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$14.00 – $15.20
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$19.50

Analysis vs. Current Price ($10.25)

The Lynch View: At $10.25, the stock is trading at a Forward P/E of 14.4x while growing earnings at over 20%. This gives AMNF a PEG ratio of ~0.72. Lynch would likely classify this as "grossly undervalued" or a "Fast Grower" trading at a bargain price.

The Graham View: The stock is trading at less than half its theoretical Graham Intrinsic Value, primarily because the market has not yet "re-rated" the stock for its new high-margin national account profile.

The "Safety" Factor: With $30.9 million in cash (approx. $1.00 per share in net cash) and no debt, the downside is significantly protected. If you subtract the cash from the share price, you are effectively buying the earnings for a 12.9x P/E, which is exceptionally low for a company with 50% gross margins.

Conclusion: A fair value range of $13.00 – $15.00 for late 2026 appears fundamentally supported by both the current growth trajectory and historical valuation norms.

[E_K_S] Armanino Foods (AMNF) just reported Q1 2026 results (ended March 31, 2026) that ...

Armanino Foods (AMNF) just reported Q1 2026 results (ended March 31, 2026) that continue the "record-breaking" streak from 2025. The core theme is massive margin expansion—the company is growing profits twice as fast as sales.

1. Q1 2026 Earnings Analysis (Just Reported)

Net Sales: $18.4 million (up 8.3% YoY). Growth was driven by foodservice momentum and new customer penetration.
+1

Gross Margin: 49.8% (up from 44.7% in Q1 2025). This 510 bps jump is significant, attributed to pricing power, lower trade spend, and operational efficiencies.
+1

Net Income: $4.7 million (up 20.4% YoY).

Diluted EPS: $0.1518 (up 22.2% YoY). EPS outpaced net income due to the impact of share buybacks.

Cash Position: Ended the quarter with $30.9 million in cash and zero debt.

Dividend: Declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05/share ($0.20 annualized).

2. 5-Year Financial Summary (2021–2026E)The company has successfully transitioned from a "slow-growth" regional business to a high-margin national brand.

<table-block _nghost-ng-c700277614="" class="ng-star-inserted">

Fiscal YearRevenueNet IncomeEPSFCFDiv. This reflects the massive scalability of their manufacturing model.

Current FCF Yield (TTM): ~4.9%.

Trailing 12-month FCF is approx. $15.6M ($13.1M FY25 - $0.3M Q1'25 + $2.9M Q1'26).

With a market cap of $318M, the yield is healthy for a growth company.

Forward FCF Yield (2026E): ~5.2%.

4. PE Valuation: Current vs. HistoricalAMNF is currently in a "valuation re-rating" phase. While the P/E has stayed steady, the quality of the earnings (higher margins, national accounts) has improved.

Forward P/E (2026E): 14.4x (Price $10.25 / Est. 2026 EPS $0.71).

Current P/E (TTM): 16.3x.

Historical Average (5-Year): 17.5x.

Summary Verdict: AMNF is currently undervalued relative to its historical P/E. It is trading at 14.4x forward earnings despite growing EPS at a 22%+ clip in the most recent quarter. The company is effectively a "cash machine" with $31M in cash (roughly 10% of its market cap) and no debt, giving them significant dry powder for a transformative acquisition or further aggressive buybacks.

<table-block _nghost-ng-c700277614="" class="ng-star-inserted">

<table-block _nghost-ng-c700277614="" class="ng-star-inserted">

[E_K_S] Armanino Foods of Distinction reports Q1 results Armanino Foods of Distinctio...

   Armanino Foods of Distinction reports Q1 results

Armanino Foods of Distinction press release ( AMNF): Q1 GAAP EPS of $0.1518.

Net sales of $18.4 million.

Armanino Foods of Distinction declares $0.05 dividend

Armanino Foods of Distinction ( AMNF) declares $0.05/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous.

Forward yield 1.97%

Payable July 31; for shareholders of record July 17; ex-div July 17.

Stock trading 9x ADV  !

[robert b furman] Hi E_K_S, I just buried my longest best friend on Saturday (age 73) same as my ...

Hi E_K_S,

I just buried my longest best friend on Saturday (age 73) same as my age FWIW.

In the 70's those who had chronic illnesses seem to fade away.

My friend was a heavy smoker since 14 years of age.

If I had a buck for everytine I told him to quit those cancer sticks I would've been retired a decade earlier.

He fought a long battle for over 8 years the last year of which I helped him in transporting him from hospital to hospital.

For those who achieve elderly life, it seems tey have clear sailing if they make it to mid eighties. If one cals vision problems, recall problems, and mobility problems clear sailing. sigh

Bottom line: don't leave important decisions to tomorrow, enjoy every day like it is your last, and "Thank the Lord "for good health and good friends, they are all too often taken for granted.

We two have surely been blessed. I have been doing partial transfers for the past 12 years and have 3 more left to finish the move from the IRA's to the ROTH.

Then once that is done will elect to receive the Social Security but not mandatory. Have to evaluate the tax impact.

With those partial transfers, I can make small moves over time. My largest position still is CVX (in the taxable account) w/ very low cost basis and excellent qualified dividend. My 2nd largest position in AMNF w/ a very low cost basis at/near $0.69/share. Hard to hold off on selling at these prices but long term still really bullish on all Oil/NG. I have built a nice position in the ROTH too.

I have a pretty good oil/ng bucket in the ROTH but I have focused dividend payers for that account so have a lot of REITs too. Also have a nice AMNF position in the ROTH but not the size in the taxable account.

I guess these are good problems to have. Now trying to focus on health as I see older brother & sisters struggle w/ issues as they are in their 70's.

Good strategy on your RMD planning. Hope the AMNF earnings are good and we get that dividend raise.

[robert b furman] Hi E_K_S, Thank you for your excellent analysis. That approac should provide a pleasand boost to CAGR and Cash flow.

Stock buybacks and better yet dividend growth will be natural developements.

I need to get my 10,000 shares in my IRA into my taxable account to satisfy my 2026 RMD.

Thanks again for the excellent work.

AMNF is a long term grower.

I've now accumulated more shares for 8 years since my oldest purchase on 5/22/26.

I sold off my IRA's CVX.and half of my XOM. I put the funds into a ETF money fund. The stock price has soared to the point where te dividendnyield was so low that the ETF monet fund SNAXX was paying a higher yeld. Of course in an IRA interest income and dividends get taxed at the the same rate, so it was just a yield decision.

I'm working my IRA into all cash. My greatest fear of long term money in an IRA is a market decline which forces the sale of stock at low prices and no cash in the IRA.

I have nullified that fear with the sale of those shares.

Weird world of government taxation rates coupled with incentives to save for retirement.

Bob

[E_K_S] The SMA(20) would just be an early warning sign, Correct that the true 'Death' ...

The SMA(20) would just be an early warning sign, Correct that the true 'Death' Cross is SMA(50) crossing the SMA(200) from high to low . . .

Fundamentally, AMNF continues to perform w/ excellent revenue growth, good dividend and is priced reasonably w/ PE equal to growth rate (if not a bit lower). We did get a large vol spike 4/7 & 4/16, two very high vol days when compared to last 4 years !.

OBV is also falling but not at an unusual level.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

AMNF at one point was my largest position but CVX has surpassed that w/ Oil trading so high. CVX now 35% higher than AMNF and I even made a small add in AMNF when I got filled at $8.75/share on my stink bid GTC order.

A new metric I monitor is FCF yield. Anything >10% is really good and difficult to maintain especially if their is large Capx and/or debt. AMNF is 4.5% and no debt really helps.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Value Proposition is still in tack.

    Based on the record-breaking FY 2025 results reported in March 2026 and current market conditions, here is the breakdown of the Free Cash Flow (FCF) Yield and the forward-looking projections for Armanino Foods of Distinction (AMNF).

1. Current FCF & FCF Yield (FY 2025) As of April 2026, AMNF is trading at approximately $10.25, with a market capitalization of roughly $318.55 million.

<table data-path-to-node="5" style="margin-bottom: 32px; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Metric
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">FY 2025 (Actual)

<tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Net Sales
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$76.1 Million

<tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Free Cash Flow (FCF)
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">$13.1 Million

<tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">FCF Margin
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">17.2%

<tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Current FCF Yield
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">4.11%

Note: The company maintains a strong "capital-light" model, as evidenced by its ability to generate $13.1 million in FCF while investing in manufacturing capacity ($1.5M in CapEx).

2. Estimated 2026/2027 FCF Yield (Extrapolated) By extrapolating the 9.7% revenue growth achieved in 2025 into the next two years and assuming the FCF margin remains stable at 17.2%, we derive the following estimates:

<table data-path-to-node="10" style="margin-bottom: 32px; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><tr google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"=""><td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Year
<td style="border: 1px solid; font-family: " google="" sans="" text",="" sans-serif="" !important;="" line-height:="" 1.15="" margin-top:="" 0px="" !important;"="">Est. If this operating leverage continues, the FCF and Yield could exceed these estimates as margins expand further.

3. Forward CAGR (2025–2027)

Revenue CAGR: 9.7% (based on current extrapolation of 2025 performance).

Earnings/FCF CAGR: 12.0% – 15.0%. Due to significant margin expansion (operating margins reached 31.4% in 2025), cash flow is expected to grow at a faster rate than the top line.

4. Current P/E vs. Historical Average AMNF's valuation has transitioned as the company moved from a regional player to a national growth story.

Current P/E (TTM): ~17.1x (Price: $10.25 / 2025 EPS: $0.60).

5-Year Historical Average: ~17.5x (excluding the 2020 pandemic outlier of 34x).

<table data-path-to-node="19" style="margin-bottom: 32px; At a 17.1x P/E, AMNF is trading in line with its recent 5-year average despite having a significantly higher margin profile and stronger national footprint than in previous years. This suggests the stock is currently valued for its steady growth rather than a speculative "tech-like" multiple, providing a margin of safety for value-oriented investors.

[robert b furman] Hi E_K_S, Isn't the death cross comparing the 200 to the 50? AMNF's core value lies in its high-margin, capital-light business model with a dominant position in the premium pesto and pasta niche.

Operational Scalability: In 2025, while sales grew 9.7%, operating income surged 31.1%, demonstrating significant operating leverage.

Strategic Shift: The company is moving from a regional player to a national and international brand, recently strengthening its leadership team to focus on "scalable growth" and "national account penetration."

Shareholder Friendly: Forward Growth (2025–2028 Forecast)
While AMNF is a micro-cap with limited formal analyst coverage, we can derive a CAGR based on trailing performance and management guidance for domestic and international expansion.

Revenue CAGR: Estimated at 8% – 10%. Management reported 9.7% growth in 2025, and current 2026 momentum suggests this "high single-digit" trend is the target.

Earnings (EPS) CAGR: Estimated at 12% – 15%. Due to margin expansion (operating margins hit 31.4% in 2025) and consistent share repurchases, EPS is expected to outpace revenue growth significantly.

P/E Ratio: Current vs. Historical

AMNF is currently trading slightly above its long-term historical norms, reflecting the market's appreciation for its record-breaking 2025 performance.

Current P/E (TTM): 18.2x – 19.1x (based on April 2026 prices).

5-Year Average P/E: Approximately 17.5x.

Historical Context: * 2024: 16.9x

2022: 15.9x

2021: 16.2x

2020: 34.4x (Outlier due to pandemic-related earnings suppression).

Note: The current valuation suggests the market is paying a slight premium for the accelerating growth profile, though it remains well below the highs seen during the 2020–2021 period.

[robert b furman] see you are back buying AMNF: For a 1 miute time period 207,000 shares trafd. ...

see you are back buying AMNF:

For a 1 miute time period 207,000 shares trafd. Not bad for a small company. It suggest folks like their product.

Getting into nationl grocery wholsalers will boost the growth rate. Having some field reps contacing quick service retailers on a national level is a great long term idea - cold calling national frncises Cava, Costco, Italian food chains.

They show 7.5 million treasury shares

Operating income increased 31.1% to 23.9 MILLION.

The company generated 13.1 million in free cash flowand returned 11.7 to share holders in dividends and share buybacks

BEST OF ALL THEY ARE DEBT FREE.

Those are strong numbers.

I think tey are an acquisition candidate at any time.

Better yet just let them accelerate growth and they return 11.7/13.1 = 89% of their Free cash flow.

It seems to me they are very generous - especially since they do not have options candy to employees. Our positions do not get diluted - I like that.

I'm watcing for transfering my 10,000 shares in my IRA to my taxable account as my RMD for 2026- I was hoping for this decline to dip below $10.00 and then I'm a long term buy and hold, and let it grow.

Heck I've owned it for 8-9 years. Its growth has been steady and current management is locking in long term lower cost and expanding margins.

[E_K_S] AI analysis and expected stock price 2026/2027 Based on the record 2025 res...

AI analysis and expected stock price 2026/2027

Based on the record 2025 results and current market data as of March 19, 2026, we can estimate a reasonable price range for AMNF by applying historical and industry-standard valuation multiples to the projected earnings.

Current Market Context (March 2026)

Current Stock Price: Approximately $10.40

2025 Diluted EPS: $0.60

Current P/E Ratio: 17.3x (trailing)

52-Week Range: $7.27 – $12.25

Valuation Scenarios for 2026/2027To estimate the future price, we look at two main factors: Earnings Growth and Multiple Expansion/Contraction.

Scenario 1: Maintain Current Multiple (The "Steady State")If the market continues to value AMNF at a ~17x multiple and the company achieves a conservative 12% EPS growth:

Estimated 2026 EPS: $0.67

Estimated 2027 EPS: $0.75

Target Price: $11.40 – $12.75

Scenario 2: Industry Mean Reversion (The "Bull Case")The U.S. Packaged Foods industry average P/E is currently around 22x. Continued aggressive buybacks will reduce the share count, artificially boosting EPS and supporting the stock price even in a flat market.

International Expansion: Mentioned in the CEO commentary, this is the "wildcard" for revenue growth in 2026.

Dividend Yield: At a $0.20 annual payout ($0.05/quarter), the yield is currently ~1.9%. If they raise the dividend in 2027, it could provide a firmer floor for the stock price.

[robert b furman] Good earnings are out with expanding margins: Armanino Foods Reports Record...

Good earnings are out with expanding margins:

Armanino Foods Reports Record Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results Ful Year Net Sales +9.7%, Operating Income +31%, EPS +31% PLEASANTON, CA / ACCESS Newswire / March 19, 2026 / Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. In fact, it's some of the healthiest there is, and I enjoy my share. Cooking, too. Longtime gf is Italian American and for some reason I've always been attracted to them. Maybe it's the food, in part!

What I was driving at, is the sources of those "healthy" Italian recipe ingredients, along with any processes and the number and types of additives that you wouldn't find in traditional, fresh ingredients. E.G., What's in those meatballs, besides meat? What's in the pesto, and how was it derived?

Just spent awhile looking at some of AMNF's ingredients lists on its website. Even in its organic pesto sauce -- which is its most "healthy" pesto: armaninofoods.com They use expellier-pressed canola oil, a seed oil (controversial) that is used widely and is cheaper than olive oil. Why use canola instead of olive oil, like they do in Italy?

And take a look at AMNF's yummy cannelloni's processed ingredients and additives, some that are hard to pronounce without a degree in college chemistry: armaninofoods.com

And, those meatballs! retail.armaninofoods.com Corn syrup, soybean or canola oil, Textured Vegetable Protein, Dextrose (added sugar). Browned with soybean oil.

Show me a traditional Italian recipe or cookbook that calls for corn syrup, dextrose, or canola oil, or the various gums and fillers used in processed foods.

I'm not trying to give you or anybody a hard time or be a Debbie downer, and I'm not fanatical about it, but AMNF is in business to make money and, like most commercial food concerns, seems to have strayed from its ethnic roots with modern food processing techniques and material additives - to its customers' possible health detriments.

Recently, there is more attention to food and diet, and if you frequent grocery stores like I do (for pleasure and sustenance, not work), there's a clear response and change underway on every grocery aisle. I hope AMNF embraces it. It has become easy, for instance, even to find competing brands of all-natural, organic uncured hot dogs, one of America's favorite fast junk foods, at many grocery stores. Healthy foods made with healthy ingredients are, "in."

For anybody so inclined, I recommend Dr. Casey Means' book, "Good Energy," that goes into some detail about the chemistry and biology of food and what's added to it, down to the cellular level. caseymeans.com Maybe a bit too scientific and detailed for some, but enlightening.

Salute!

Buon Appetito!

[robert b furman] Hi Selectric, I married into a large Italian family. That bodes well for our family wellness. Buying on bad news.

With this market having the SPX lag the SPXEW - a broadening market is the very best sign there is.

If we are in the last up wave of the strongest wave (3) - which I think we are, the highest winners will be the small caps. Watch the RUT or IWM.

Three waves have the personality of even the secondary and Tertiary stocks have their day iin the sun.

On a percent basis they excell and exceed on a percent increase basis.

I think we are there and just pray that there will be one more parabolic run up for AMNF.

Earnings for Q 4 are always strong and I would not be surprised to see a blow out Q4.

I too would love to hear of the roll out of the nationwide footprint.

Jurgens talks about an international thrust of growth. I'm not so sure about that.

I wonder why international is even considered when we can grow and market to the biggest and most lucrative market right here.

I do like her idea of retail quick serve eating businesses learning about their premade pestos and sauces. Wholesale contacts making calls on corporate franchise locations could be huge on the volume side. Can you imagine what sales would do if CAVA or Chipotle relied on AMNF's products for consistent and fresh made entries quickly built on an individual serving basis.

Corporat contacts and then building out geographical wholsale grocery businesses that are the dominant source of fresh foods for their territotry.

Cold calling and offering up demos. How about a sauce on a cracker or cup of pasta with sauce at all Costcos.

Back to the logistics issues like Johsonville did with Sarah Lee. Tripling production in less thn 2 years.

BOOM BABY BOOM!

I think we could see $20.00 very soon if they implement a national footprint. Tim Anderson did it incrementally and was clever enough to go to the fast growth geographical centers. Smart marketing on a low budget that worked.

Restaurants buying in bulk and new products featuring single serving sizes in smart packaging found in the frozen products section. Pop the meatballs in the microwave with a frozen pasta and a high quality quick meal in 15 minutes.

Priced with high margins that are just a bit below blue apron servings and you have a winner that gets bought by the 3 or6 pack and stored in the home freezer. I FEAR.

Cohu had the same CEO transition and I lost contact with top management.

The next CEO was scared to death to talk to a stockholder, for fear of telling someone an insider knowledge issue.

They do have a fine line to walk.

The other telling issue can be a stockholder is" just an investor" and will "sell you out "when the price goes up. They are not really important, employees are the important ones, and all of our profits should go to those who create the wealth.

The concept of the wealth creation that occurs in the company all stems back to those who created the initial "Public Funding" is not recognized.

Both are fine lines, but the truly great CEO recognizes both groups and has a fondness for both. Many corporations that have a long history also know that many a retiree has not just his life's service in the company, but they also have their retirement nest egg invested in the Company.

The truly Dynamic CEO loves employees and shareholders.

They reward both by: dynamic reasoning, investing, and sharing the wealth creation to both groups.

It is no small task, but the great ones accomplish both. Those are the companies I love to own and have a sense of loyalty to them for being so endearing.

They say never fall in love with a stock, but if you own a great company and have a great CEO, it is very pleasurable to watch the wealth creation and be proud of your wise investment made by an intelligent decision process. Nothing wrong with that at all.

In my early years of investing, I made a point to take vacations and request a conversation with management, and tour the facility. The best CEO's were surprised that I made the request - they said it just so rarely happens. It was so much fun to ask your own questions. Learn about their products and ask intelligent questions which display genuine interest and study of their products. It is a sincere complement to their purpose!

The reverse can be felt as well. Like why is this guy wasting my time?

WOne time they even wrote "Welcome Bob and Jan Furman to our facility" on the outside Marquee of the building.

THAT was a smooth move. I actually bought over 1% of the shares outstanding.

I think back to AMNF's reaction to the pandemic. They stopped the dividend and applied those funds to debt reduction (which wasn't much) but I totally agreed with the move. They handled it quickly, told all stakeholders the idea, the position and why.

Upon the pandemic withering away, they were true to their word and reinstated the dividend and quickly grew it to record highs, while becoming debt free.

Dynamic leadership making the tough decisions.

My first real investment book I ever really embraced was "HOW TO MAKE THE STOCK MARKET MAKE MONEYFOR YOU. by Ted Warren.

In his book he stated often that he owned more shares of the company than the Board of Directors did.

His approach was to accumulate shares on break outs and never sell at a loss.

He viewed having a few companies and a lot of shares as the way to accumulate wealth over the long term.

He called those with a lot of shares as insiders. Insiders are not necessarily the management. Although Ted never said it in his book, he surely was an insider himself.

Insiders are those who buy up a lot of stock and that puts the company's stock price in strong hands.

I agree with that view.

I also expect that those with large positions and money to opportunistically invest in and out of a company, can indeed become an anonymous manipulative force.

Bob

[E_K_S] Those RMD's suck. I am trying to get all the conversions done in small lots in my 12 year plan but time is running out.

I think FNRA wanted signature verification for our new CFO.

It will be interesting if our new CFO provides some discussion on his long term plan to build the FCF and maybe mention one or two specific plans to achieve that. This is required under:

SEC Rule 10b-17 (anti-fraud rule)

FINRA Rule 6490 (processing of company-related actions)

The Process Works Like This:

Company files with FINRA (10 days before record date - January 6, 2026 for AMNF)

FINRA processes and approves the notification

FINRA publishes on "Daily List" - this alerts all brokers

Brokers use this to process dividend payments to street name holders

Transfer agent pays direct holders (like Computershare did on January 30)

What Likely Happened with AMNF: The most probable scenario is that AMNF's 103rd dividend filing had some minor administrative issue that required FINRA to request additional information or clarification. Even simple corporate actions can now take 3-4 months to process, and FINRA's review has become dramatically more stringent USAGov CFO.gov.

Possibilities:

New CFO signature - First time Andrew Leonard signed off on FINRA paperwork (verification issues)

Documentation gap - Missing or incomplete supporting documents during the transition

FINRA processing backlog - FINRA reviews have become substantially more extensive, examining current and historical corporate records Stock Titan

Fee payment timing - Small administrative delay in fee processing

Why This Doesn't Affect OTHER Companies: This is AMNF-specific because:

Most OTC companies file routine dividends without issues

This was likely unique to AMNF's CFO transition timing

Companies with established processes and tenured CFOs don't typically have these hiccups

Should You Still Be Concerned? Moderately concerned, but less alarmed:

Positive signals:

? Company wired funds on time

? No cash flow issues

? Transparent explanation provided

? Issue has been resolved

? Not a fundamental business problem

Remaining concerns:

?? Process failure during transition - Even if it was just FINRA paperwork, this should have been managed better

?? No proactive communication - They should have notified shareholders when they knew FINRA processing was delayed

?? First-time failure in 102 quarters - Still a broken record, regardless of the cause

Key Question to Ask Investor Relations: "Thank you for the clarification. Can you confirm whether this FINRA processing delay was due to:

Documentation issues related to the CFO transition?

First-time filing errors by the new CFO?

FINRA requesting additional verification?

And what specific measures have been implemented to ensure the FINRA filing process is now properly documented and will be executed correctly for the April 2026 dividend?"

Bottom Line: This is a much better explanation than internal control failure, but it's still an execution problem during the leadership transition. The company should have anticipated and managed this more carefully, especially given it was the new CFO's first dividend cycle.

[E_K_S] I got this response 7 minutes AFTER I e-mailed investor support Thank you f...

I got this response 7 minutes AFTER I e-mailed investor support

Thank you for reaching out, and more importantly, thank you for being such a dedicated long-term shareholder. Fifteen years of support speaks volumes, and we do not take that kind of commitment lightly.

The Company is aware that shareholders have experienced delays in receiving the recently declared cash dividend. To be clear, the dividend was distributed by the Company's transfer agent, Computershare, on January 30, 2026 as indicated (i.e. payment “on or about” January 30) and the company wired funds on time.

The delay experienced at the brokerage level was caused by a required administrative notification to FINRA that needed to be submitted and processed before brokers could distribute funds to shareholders holding through street name accounts. That FINRA process is now fully complete, and brokers have been prompted to process or reprocess dividend payments to all affected shareholders.

This was an administrative sequencing issue, not a reflection of any change in the Company's financial health, cash position, or commitment to its dividend program. The Company's 102-quarter track record of consecutive dividend payments remains fully intact, and management is laser focused on ensuring this process runs as it has the prior 102 quarters going forward.

We appreciate your patience and your continued confidence in Armanino Foods.

Best,

Lucas A.
