Actually I don't think it's china stealing per se. I'd guess they just don't recognize western ip laws in most cases and dont care. They were never signed on to follow usa patents and royalty payments.. If roof made in china and sold to china car company I can see this being the case, china is not the western world. I could see China, russia not caring to follow standard western business world practices and some third world countries but they arent auto makers of any significance aside from china...usa and western europe have globalized the rest of world to western business laws in line with usa... Big auto makers aside from china are German S korea Usa Japan Followed by Italy England Sweden France And others on this tier They will play by the ip laws of the west as English mclaren, German mercedes, Italian ferrari have paying royalty in the positive it shows spd affordable enough for it to get in a less costly car like the zeeker001 and its not some mystery new tech as i said it wasnt, guy who try to banish me, opaque tint, was saying dyed lc, i said no and said spd from start...kinda had to expect china not to pay a royalty on spd made in china for a Chinese maker because some usa law says they should, they don't care as we knew...but rest of world is on board with same globalization cooperation in western business law...
