It leaves one to wonder what Hitachi, or RFI or whomever lays claim to a one, two or three year long roll of ten inch wide SPD film does with it ?
Could it be that the cost was eaten by Mercedes/pilk/agp ie they had to pay hitachi for the film by the board foot ?
if Mercedes is Hitachis primary end customer for film and they lose them to Gauzy, will they cease production or change strategy ?
