You get what you pay for. None of those masks claim substantial efficacy against COVID. More emphasis on anti-bacterial. They all stay clear of claiming that they kill any virus for fear of liability I’m sure. “Meets guidelines for WHO” ...not approved by WHO. Not sure how you’ve concluded that the medical industry only wants disposable. Of course they want disposable because of risk of contamination. If there was reusable PPE that eliminates concern for contamination and virus killing then that alone is a substantial long term costs savings. If a product can come to market that can satisfy this then the industry will change its habits. This is all long term. All these masks companies you promote are just taking advantage of short term desperation and need. The pandemic has just exposed the many deficiencies in handling the crisis. Things inevitably have to change. The second mouse gets the cheese.
