Hi Hawk,

Congrats on your retirement.

When I retired, I waited for something to become my passion and really get after it. It was a NO SHOW.

Instead I worked my investments as I needed to diversify, which takes time reviewing and studying.

Slowly as I became used to no paycheck, beyond my dividends, and put sales, I got comfortably numb. <smile>

Once I was diversified and my dividend income increased from the diversification into dividend aristocrats, I got comfortable living with in my income stream and no longer needing to save more. Something I'd been committed to all of my working life.

It was quite a change, and it developed slowly.

Any how Congrats on retiring. You now have to throw away all those things you were going to do upon retiring, unless it meets the one requirement you must determine: DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DO THAT?

Take it slow, give it time, chase your desires.

We wondered what it would be like being together all the time, as we both had demanding careers. So welcome to that adjustment as well.

I'm sure I speak for Ray as well, now that you have ample time, we're looking for more money making ideas from you - NO PRESSURE of course. LOL

Retirement is a good thing and I'm happy for you and family!

Bob
