Well--needless to say...there is a vast chasm of moral difference between giving an allowance to a child for work versus beating your wife like she was a slave...or cutting off your daughter's clitoris. I doubt anyone on this thread is against cultural diversity. Indeed, such diversity is the very reason why we travel and associate--we seek to learn and to live. But who wants to travel to countries where the "moral" atmosphere stinks? Western people travel all over the world for culture and learning. Why do you think they avoid certain backward countries?? They don't like the food??
