SILA paid mailer from The Myer's Letter received 11/19/2010, 0.74

It has the same disclaimer ($778k paid by Beltran Investments) as the one that Peter posted a month ago, and again it claims that Goldcorp (a big NYSE stock) might soon take over SILA. The artwork and copy looks different, though, as compared to the one that Peter posted a month ago. It's a 16-page glossy mailer.

The paid mailer says that SILA is estimated to be sitting on "as much as $5.8 billion worth of gold and silver"

However, the 10k says "As of July 31, 2010, none of our properties have proven reserves." As for their prospects for developing their properties, they had $8k of cash on hand.

The 10k also indicates only a single officer for SILA, and this person is the only one identified who owns 5% of the shares.

SILA.ob $0.72 recd 11/19/10

Received the same one, again. Slight changes in cover page but basically the same.

"the company featured in this issue, appears as paid advertising, paid by Beltran Investments, Inc. $778,000 to enhance public awareness...."

yes, I did copy that correctly
