What you posted is exactly what I said i.e. that the country of the Netherlands has the technical expertise.

Whether ASML is directly involved or not is moot.

The point I was making was that the country has great technological expertise and is helping Ukraine with their drone technology, and it is.

The Netherlands and Ukraine signed a security agreement. Why this is important, IMO, is because the Netherlands is the TOP producer of equipment to make chips. So imagine how they can help Ukraine with their drone technology!
