XRTX -Earnings transcrip-

Basic jargon about strategic alternatives. One important point to remember. The board has two directors who represent over 20% of the stock. They say in the call, the company is not ultimately for sale but would consider a 20 dollar offer. The fact is, the board would have consider most any formal offer that was put forward through a formal bid. It's all about fast money. IMO Baker Street would be happy with a quick 60% return. Besides it's the best way to end the search for a new CEO. Since I own it. Just accentuating the speculative positives. IBM now 30% of business. No doubt there is plenty of negatives still left. Like not making any money currently and next quarter. If nothing happens, I like what I see going forward in the HPC & cloud storage business.
