QuickLogic said it plans to use net proceeds from the sale of the securities
for general corporate purposes and working capital requirements. It may also
use a portion of the net proceeds for licensing or acquiring intellectual
property or technologies, capital expenditures, to fund possible investments in
and acquisitions of complementary businesses, partnerships, minority
investments or to repay debt, the filing said.
