drdoug2: Kudos for speaking your mind.

It's too bad none of the other former vocal supporters has the gonads to admit they were wrong.

No surprise, really.

They hid behind aliases on stock forums while they denigrated (and threatened) those nasty "Paid Bashers" (LOL !!!) while they sang praises of the company, its management, and its technology. All of which didn't come anywhere near meeting expectations.

Investors and the "true believers" were violated, IMO, by some very unethical characters. Maybe that should say "unscrupulous" characters? Or maybe simplify it to being just some very naughty people.

Update on Matthew Shepard's situation ... well, ONE of his legal problems. I won't delve into that "other" situation.

The deadline for an appeal of the Summary Judgment issued against him has past. So, he is now required to pay back approximately $170,000 of his ill-gotten gains from his involvement in IAS/RaPower3.

It's unlikely he has that kind of cash just laying around somewhere, so he needs a white knight to save his behind.

Or, perhaps a garnishment of future income will be demanded by the Receiver.

Or, Matt could file bankruptcy.

In any case, the future is dim for Matt. For his family, too.

And, oh BTW, the underlying cause of the Summary Judgment against him was a "massive fraud" (as ruled by Judge Nuffer). As I understand it, bankruptcy doesn't eliminate court judgments for fraud cases.

Sure is a pretty day,
