Gary,

Regarding PAIR, my thoughts were that at $8 in a rapidly expanding xDSL market, the downside risk was low. The company is priced at 1/2 of next year's estimated growth rate. I am not as familiar with who might want this company, but it does seem that leading technology, 300+ million in revenues, estimated growth of 33-35% and a market cap of less than 700 million would be attractive to one of the big players (maybe Nortel, who uses PAIR's technology). From what I recently read, Alcatel is the only one that ranks in the top 3 DSL revenue generators. Languishing under 10 should given this scenario should also irritate shareholders that have been in since before last summer. All of this is just guesswork, but I still feel that there is value.

Regards,

Brian
