I like this. A unique niche for AMUT. Global alliance with ORCL. Big growth to come.

What's even better here is this. Reportedly they purchased the ASSETS of satcom, not Satcom itself. A friend of mine (a CPA) told me this is the preferred method, much cheaper for the acquirer. What did they pay ? Well there's an indirect clue inside the text. Remember, AMUT has authorized 25 million shares of which 19million were issued. Well, the 5 million difference would eventually make a good payment for Satcom. That's what I think about it - it's a guess for sure but there are clues out there..
