Weekly DJI: couldn't have been much worse for the bulls. CCI breakout failed, it's now retesting the downtrend. Price action wise, there was zero effort to move up to test the top of the grey uptrend channel. This happens to be the most recent uptrend channel. It now appears the last 3 weeks were the retest after it had lost it in April. Bears have to be encouraged here, even at ATH area. Not looking to short it at all but I'll be very cautious on the long side of the DJI until that grey uptrend is recaptured or we get a new signal. tradingview.com SPX: not as fugly as DJI but it's no picasso either. CCI turning down putting in a potential for neg divergence.
