Figured you'd have adequate HVAC out there but if you want an old nurse trick, use frozen cold-packs or washcloth wrapped ice around the base of the skull on your back, and under the armpits. There's more nerve endings there to create a cooling sensation faster. For serious heatstroke you can try that but the best is something most people cannot duplicate which is a literal large tub filled with ice. Sadly over the past decade+ several NCAA college athletes, think mostly football, died, because of not having something like that on hand which seems so simple in hindsight.
