C'est la meilleure analyse que j'ai vu à ce jour sur la nouvelle d'hier. Elle vient de Taylor Dit de Seeking Alpha :
''I don't think Osisko would give away 50% of the project for simply financing mine development, they're not desperate for cash, but Northern Star is a valuable partner. Osisko was a previous open-pit operator, not an underground operator, so having added expertise in UG mining is a big deal.

The NPV (5%) is likely to increase if Northern Star gets involved, given that they could look at a larger operation vs. what's currently envisioned. I don't know how everything will shake out, but the news is positive, they're gaining a valuable partner, could see a larger operation that the two of them would split, and dilution risk is off the table.''
